Decent prices and good location near highway. For the cost, rooms were what was expected but clean with nice beds and bedding. Check in was great and staff member was friendly and clearly knew what she was doing. I’d stay again on a trip through Kamloops.

The staff were really helpful and reactive to our needs. Beds were very comfortable. There is Kristen's Cafe on site and the food there is excellent. I would not hesitate staying there in the future.

Booked thru the app on our way into Kamloops. Sketchy part of town for sure and the dumpy look from the outside made us change our minds. Went in to google reviews which vary differently from the fairly nice reviews on Expedia. Obviously they have stacked their own reviews and the photos have been borrowed from elsewhere. Didn’t really care that I wasted money on 2 rooms, I would not have enjoyed the stay.

I was missing a coffee maker (but had the other coffee stuff). Told the office and they were on top of it. I didn't eat there but it was nice that a breakfast place was located in the parking lot.

Simple, cheap, basic, clean and all we needed for a quick stopover. Our only issue was the water from the taps was extremely hot - definite burn risk if you aren’t prepared for it, or have kids using the sink

I stayed at this hotel twice during my trip. The room was 210 for the first night. Since I had already paid in advance, I was forced to stay. Overall, the quality was very poor. The room only looked clean at first glance, but it was not actually clean. The bathroom door was dirty, and the coffee maker was covered in dust. On my return trip, I stayed in room 115, and the experience was even worse. The room was extremely dirty. Instead of a proper comforter, there was an old, smelly blanket placed between the sheets. The room was full of mosquitoes, and I couldn’t sleep at all due to the constant noise from the fridge and the mosquito bites throughout the night. The reception staff_ladies were also not friendly, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, despite the price and appearance, the cleanliness and quality were very poor and need serious improvement.

Not the friendliest owners. Property in general quite run down and all in need of an major update. Room main flooring replaced with new vinyl, otherwise the rest is extremely old. Just passable in our opinion. You do get what you pay for.

for the price, it's a great place to stay the night! we stayed as a place to sleep along our roadtrip to seattle. the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location is great for ordering in. the building is definitely a bit older and nothing is perfect, but for the price, it's more than worth it imo!

Sleep in your car before you stay here. Front desk was rude. The room was filthy. There were bugs crawling around the coffee maker (that didn’t work) and during the night I heard rodents in the walls. Nothing worked in the room. The phone, the TV, nothing. The room was advertised as a kitchenette but there were no plates, cutlery, or pots and pans (even though one would be crazy to try and cook in that room). I cannot believe that a place like this would still be in business. Beware - you’ve been warned.

Room was really dirty . There was dust on floor everywhere like they never sweep also i saw many flies. Apart from this ,smell-in room was horrible , it was like someone has been smoking from long time as on door of room was written non smoking room. I couldn’t sleep all night due to that smell . When we arrived, staff member at front counter was not able to find the name and when finally he got he said they couldn’t see the reservation otherwise he would cancel it as it wasn’t prepaid which was bit unprofessional he just gave us room because we were there it makes us very uncomfortable. Moreover there was kitchen included but no utensils and microwave . There was only one table lamp in room no other light . Stay was really uncomfortable and suffocating. Please don’t suggest such property in future . Which make our vocation unhappy

It was quite nice. A few quirks like no light switches. But the beds were very comfortable and the linens were top notch. I'd stay there again.

Stay away! Sooo dirty. Showing front desk photos was the only way to get a different room. They fear dogs for a pet friendly hotel. Parking lot is ridiculous. No chairs outside. Sketchy area.
