We had a great trip. Ludmil is a wonderful host! We enjoyed the different Bulgarian pastries each morning & his chats about Bulgarian history, plus advice on where to go & how to get there. He also took us one day to Rila Monastery, a trout restaurant & Boyana Church. This was a more relaxing trip than if we'd gone on a coach tour!

A safe, welcoming, quiet, clean and central location, perfect for exploring Sofia. Would highly recommend. Thank you Ludmil, for such a wonderful stay!

Mr Ludmil was so friendly and helpful in making us so relaxed and safe. The location is very close to major transport and close to Vitosha Pde.

One of the owners was very nice! He picked me up from the airport for a minimal fee! He prepared a breakfast for me, he’s a good conversationalist and knows the history of this country and I also feel secure in his property and neighborhood!

I am very thankful to Ludmil, the owner and happy I chose this place. Traveling by my self and physically challenged, 60 y/o, it was plausible even for me, to get everywhere walking. Ludmil gives you a very thorough background of the history of Bulgaria, a taste of the Bulgarian delicacies as part of breakfast and is willing to accommodate you in any way he can. Thank you Ludmil, for making it a home away from home for me. I warmly recommend the place.

Before booking I wasn't sure about this choice but the host is very friendly and knowledgeable and the rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable. You can try out Bulgarian breakfasts and it's well located near the tourist sites. Definitely recommend!

The location is ideal, it’s excellent value for money and the owner Ludmil is very helpful and a fount of knowledge on Bulgaria and Sofia. Highly recommended.
