Very nice hotel. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Nice views out the windows. Fantastic breakfast included - probably the best we’ve ever had!

I arrived at the hotel before check-in, but they prepared my room right away. All the hotel staff were very kind.

This hotel and the staff were great for our stay both before and after doing the 4 day Inca Trail hike. Great breakfast, nice bar, easy and safe luggage storage, clean rooms, helpful staff, nice location with easy access for being picked up and dropped off......really if you are staying in Cusco for any amount of time don't overthink it and just book here!

This is by far one of the best hotels in Cusco. 10/10 recommend.

La propiedad tiene muy buena localización, el staff es muy agradable, los desayunos muy completos y variados. Lo ùnico que nos desagradò es que al momento del check out tenìamos un reporte de que habìamos manchado una toalla de mano con colorante azul, lo que no era cierto, al final no nos hicieron el cargo, pero pasamos un mal rato en lo que se investigaba.

Quick stay, leaving Cusco. Restaurant was nice, ate breakfast and lunch. A bit off the main Cusco square. Have to take Uber for shopping and other restaurants. Nothing close to this hotel

Perfecto para conocer la ciudad Cusco y viajar a Machu Pichu. Desayuno muy bueno también y el hotel es muy confortable.

Such a wonderful experience at the Sonestra, close to food and pharmacies, as well as being able to call a taxi. The staff were incredible and friendly. Highly recommend staying here. The bed was a bit firm, and the pillows are only feathers and they have decent wifi and English Direct TV. The breakfast was pretty good, enough to satiate your stomach for a full day of adventuring.

Great hotel in a convenient location. We spent a few days here at the beginning of our Peru trip to acclimate before beginning our Machu Picchu tour. The hotel is a short walk to Plaza Armas with the Temple and many shops along the way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a small coffee shop that also serves box breakfasts and lunches if you need one for your tour. Coca and Muna teas are available in the lobby all day long. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and begins at 3am for those who have early tours to get to.

Wonderful place for a family of 4! Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices. Also enjoyed dinner through room service. It was delicious! Views of the city and mountains are beautiful! Short walk to the Plaza del Armas and most sites within the old town.
