Great location, breakfast was incredible, was able to rent hotel room with three double beds. Fantastic choice

The best accommodation we had on our trip through Latin America! The staff were completely professional yet friendly. We had a truly spacious room and bathroom. The Wanchaq train station (for trips to/from Machu Picchu) is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the main square. The breakfast is well above average (almost like brunch) and is served starting at 3 a.m. The espresso at the hotel (and in Peru) is far better than in Brazil. The hotel bar also serves excellent cocktails. After our arrival from Lima, we immediately continued on to Machu Picchu, and storing our luggage for one night was no problem (we didn’t check in until the next day, after returning from MP). If I ever return to Cusco, I can save myself the time of searching for a hotel - I’d definitely come back here.

Amazing Hotel with a brilliant breakfast

We stayed here our first two days of our trip. We had reservations for our last four days at an other hotel. We were on a 5 day hiking trek in between the stays. We canceled our other hotel and came back to the Sonesta, because we enjoyed the staff, food and location.

Wonderful place to stay in Cusco. Our room was so comfy...nice soaking tub and shower, comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast buffet at this place is AMAZING and coffee delicious. They also start breakfast super early for those travelling to see the archaelogical sites. If we're ever back in Cusco this is where we'll stay for sure!

We didn’t have to wait for shuttle service at all! We got out of luggage area and he’s already there holding the sign and helping with our luggage. Breakfast is the best so far we got with many options including gluten-free choices. Room and bathroom are very spacious. It’s just a short walk to the center square with many restaurants and shops.

El hotel es muy masivo, en el desayuno puede haber cuellos de botella por la demanda en cuanto a lugares y oferta de alimentos. No tiene calefacción. Ofrecen calefactores eléctricos si se requiere. El staff es muy amable y cordial. El restaurant es muy recomendable.La habitacion fue cómoda.

Excellent helpful staff. Well stocked breakfast included. Clean comfortable rooms. Only minus is at time of visit, the air-conditioning wasn’t functional. The climate of Cusco is pretty mild, so not a deal breaker.

Loved the hotel! Excellent customer service The food at the restaurant was very good. Only thing our room felt warm even with the AC on. But we showered at night and that cooled us down. Besides that have nothing else to say. It’s walking distance to the main attraction areas and shopping. Liked the hotel very much.
