The hotel is located in the center, convenient for traveling in the city, there are many restaurants around in the evening, the breakfast buffet at the hotel has a variety of dishes, suitable for families, the soundproofing of the room doors is not very good, at night you can still hear the noise outside.

The hotel has 5 floors, located at the beginning of Le Hong Phong street, opposite Phuc Long, about 1.6km from Da Lat market. The staff is enthusiastic. The hotel has a classic style. I booked a Deluxe room on Traveloka, room 320 when I received it did not look like the picture, the room wifi did not work, the room had a regular TV, mini fridge, tower fan, hair dryer and safe. The room soundproofing was not good. The breakfast buffet had many dishes, delicious food.

BAD HOTEL, NOT WORTH 4 STARS: 1. Facilities: The hotel does not have air conditioning, which is a huge inconvenience for guests. It is true that the weather in Da Lat is cold at night, but without air conditioning, the room will be very stuffy, not suitable for families with babies (the baby is fussy and uncomfortable). The walls are moldy, some tables and chairs in the room are degraded. 2. Reception services, room cleaning, hotel services: - The hotel is 4 stars, but when guests arrive, there is no staff to guide parking. My family's first day at the hotel, there was no staff to guide parking, we waited a long time for the cleaning staff to call someone to help. - Due to personal matters, I checked out at 5am. That night, I completed all the procedures and paid. Because I checked out early, I cleaned the items in the room very neatly and cleanly to serve the room inspection. But the room service was unprofessional, did not check the items carefully (while I had arranged them very neatly and scientifically), and reported the loss of items. I had to go back to the room and show them to the room service, while I had left those items in the original positions that the hotel had arranged. I complained, the room service was indifferent, acting as if nothing had happened. I complained to the receptionist, and this staff also acted as if it was normal. When I went to the car to leave, the receptionist ran after me, I thought I would receive an apology, BUT NO - THEY ASKED ME IF I HAD PAID FOR THE ROOM AND RESTAURANT SERVICES. This added to my anger and resentment. What a 4-star hotel that does business so unprofessionally and carelessly. Working in the service sector with such an attitude, behavior, and management style is not worthy. SUMMARY: Putting aside the facilities, the service at Sammy Hotel is a disaster. Traveling brings back frustration and anger 😡😡😡

- The bedroom design is not reasonable (there is a horizontal beam pressing on the bed when sleeping) - The soundproofing of the rooms is not good (after 10pm, the next room comes home from drinking and talks very loudly, affecting the next room) - The bar at the beginning of the street sings until almost 11pm, can't sleep

The hotel has classic architecture, very good room facilities, large room space, connecting rooms, diverse meals, good service staff

The hotel is in a nice location, near the center (night market, near Xuan Huong lake, near amusement parks, restaurants...) the room is not very nice compared to a 4-star hotel

Hài lòng, tuy nhiên nhân viên nhiệt tình quá , phần ăn sáng mình chưa dùng xong do bận em bé nên khi quay lại đã được dọn sạch, làm mình mất công phải lấy lại nữa.

Vị trí đẹp, ăn sáng ngon, phòng tương đối tốt. Chỉ có điểm trừ là bắt khách quị tiền để đảm bảo dùng đồ trong phòng mà khi chek out không thanh toán làm khách thấy bị xem thường.
