Location was nice, although a bit far from the old town if you are looking for that. Beach was across the street. Felt more like a long term rental place. All guests are asked to empty trash and recycle before leaving, and clean all dishes. They also closed the pool early in the evening even though it was over 90 degrees out. The issue I had was in a major miscommunication and unwillingness to bend on their side. When I rented the room, it allowed changes until June 13. On May 25, I reached out to change the rental date by one day on one of multiple rooms I had reserved. They said "No problem" and asked me to remind them when I arrived. When I arrived, they said they could not make any changes since I had made the reservation through Expedia. I reviewed the reservation, shared both the policy and the note they had sent me agreeing, but no change. Expedia said only the property could make the change even after sharing the policy and note as well. Per Expedia, the property agreed to change the day, but not the amount paid. Pretty poor service, came across as dishonest. I would not recommend.

Hotel was immaculate, very clean with modern furniture. Lovely pool with Jacuzzi. Over the road from the beach and a twenty minute walk into the shopping and restaurant area of Alghero town where we ate some nights. We also ate at the pizza and ice cream parlour over the road from the apppartments which was very convenient with excellent food. The supermarket was a two minute walk away. Only negative, there was no kettle or small saucepan to boil water in to make a cup of tea only large stew pans. We had a brilliant time and would go back again.

We stayed in the old part of the hotel, although it was a bit outdated it was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole complex is well maintained and very clean. Location is perfect, lots of nice restaurants around the the corner, as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. Great sunset! We would definitely go back!

Location: 30 mins walk along the beach front promenade from the old town. Buses unreliable & parking on the streets difficult. Car Park at hotel 15 euro/day. Everywhere very clean & well maintained. Small pool area with good sunbeds and umbrellas - no problems with towels on beds early Sept - hotel quiet. We stayed 3 adults in a two bed comfort apt - 5F - 2 balconies, new furniture, modern bathroom, good aircon, free safe. Was missing a kettle and a toaster - managed to get a kettle from reception. No large glasses or wine glasses. Some noise from the padel court next door but probably not a problem in all blocks of the hotel. Overall a good stay.

Great location, very suitable for young families. We walked into the old town nearly every evening. Ice cream place across the road is outstanding.

Residence eccezionale: personale in reception davvero professionale, gentile e sorridente. Appartamento con tutti i comfort e bellissima la piscina con possibilità di farsi una doccia se si riparte dopo aver già effettuato il check out così da godersi il mare davvero fino all’ultimo. Fermata autobus, supermercato, farmacia e diversi ristora nelle immediate vicinanze.

La posizione è ottimale, direttamente davanti alla spiaggia e abbastanza vicino al centro. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa con vista piscina. Ho apprezzato molto che l'ultimo giorno potevamo passare in piscina anche dopo il check out.

Modernised property with good facilities including pool. All areas meticulously maintained and cleaned. Only real complaint was the unreliable Wi-Fi. Range of beach and dining options and a pleasant 25 minutes walk to Alghero old town.

Property was in a good location to access the beaches and the town. Very nice condition with spacious modern room. The property was listed as ‘soundproof’ which it was absolutely not. We were in a room opposite a restaurant which was very noisy through the night, on Friday night even playing very loud music. We could hear the thudding of the bass even through earplugs! Above us there was a family with children, and the children were running around (as they do, which is fine) but you could hear it all through the ceiling. It was probably one of the noisiest places I’ve slept in (and I live in London) and I was lucky to have earplugs with me for both me and my partner, otherwise we would have had a terrible time. We requested a room change but we’re told there were no more rooms, even though Expedia said there was at least one room available for the dates of our stay. Additionally, the mattress was really uncomfortable and the pillows very thin. We had one pillow each and there was another one in the cupboard (so one of us could have two pillows) which seemed inadequate. We could have asked for another pillow but I didn’t want to have to go to reception again after having requested a room change. If not for the noise and uncomfortable bed it would have been a great stay, but when the factors concerning getting a good nights sleep are so poor it can dramatically change how your vacation goes.

Wonderful experience

Nice place to stay but the bed is very hard and you do not get utensils plus it only advertises the penthouse it doesn't actually show the room you get

On arrival we were greeted with a faulty air conditioning unit which switched itself off after 5-10 min of operation meaning we had to sleep in 30 degree heat as staff struggled to fix the issue. On top of this, gas alarm constantly went off in the room with a pound, continuous beep. It happened over 3 continuous days and in the end the staff simply turned the gas alarm off so we slept in a room with no alarm and a potential gas leak. Staff claimed they couldn't move us, refused to refund remainder of our stay so that we can go elsewhere and have not even apologised. We felt like a nuisance to them - very unwelcome. Do not recommend. This is not a 3* hotel.

The location is great and the apartments very comfortable, the equipments were all very high tech but the light of the bathroom by sensor was turning on the whole night and annoyed me a bit, the wi-fi was really bad and the signal weak. And an amazing restaurant just across the street. Overall completely worth it, very nice Hotel!

Good apartments, clean, and great location- lots of restaurants and bars in the area and only 20 mins walk to the old town.

Location is perfect, across from the beach. The pool is a bonus, beds are comfy and the shower was very powerful but that's where the positives end. The hotel needs a bit of updating. The sofa which was obviously a sofa bed had seen better days. It was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The apartments are not really the place you'd want to sit so therefore we spent as little time as possible in our apartment. We had everything we needed but the furnishings are just old and needing replaced. I would not stay here again as I don't think they are very good value for money.
