Clean room / easy access from lobby

The Television in the room wasn’t functional. The Desk Employee told us … there’s no volume control and it had to be plugged in and unplugged to turn it on & off. The hot tub didn’t work. No jets no circulation. The employees had no answer for this. There were no free weights in the gym. This is absolutely not what we’ve come to expect from the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS franchise and Expedia. Quite frankly this is unacceptable and ..,, if we can’t trust your site to deliver a consistent product and service … possibly our patronage would be best served somewhere else.

Comfy bed, lots of room. The hot water took awhile to come in (wasteful), the bathroom needs on more light and a hook on near shower to hang clothes or towels. Highly recommend the Junkyard66 Brewery 5 minutes away.

It was okay, not much dining options around.

If you’re looking for a hotel with a good breakfast then i recommend this hotel. It was the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. The bacon was perfect! Also had cheese omelet, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, biscuits and gravy as well as a selection of yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels. Oh and a machine to make fresh pancakes.the staff was friendly. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is they don’t have any k-cups with caffeine only decaf. Also, the biggy was that I almost got trapped in the elevator. The doors did not open and I had to force them open. Kind of scary.

Fun staff. Clean, comfortable room. Bed, pillows, towels, all comfortable.

The location worked great for my trip. Staff was friendly and fast. Property was very clean. Hot tub felt great at the end of a long day. Quiet stay. Breakfast was very good and dining area was clean. The lady taking care of breakfast area greeted me nicely when I went in for breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with the accommodations... missed carpeting in the main room

Very clean, area appears safe, rooms are in good condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has several options eggs, sausage, toast, biscuits, cereals, pastries, pancake machine, yogurts.

It was clean and nice staff. But fitness room lacked dumbbells and small room

Under construction still. Molding and trim falling off in the room. Paint spots throughout the hotel. And for some reason was twice as much as usual.

Clean, quiet, attentive staff

The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was no bathroom vent... I was there with my husband and son :)

Hotel is undergoing renovations but was still a pleasant stay.
