Carpet was very dirty in our room, outside the room in hall ways also stained carpets.

This is an excellent option to visit `bursa with shopping next door and tram service on the door step.

Friendly and helpful staff, Excellent breakfast, clean rooms with very good room service. The only thing is the interior of the room is seems old and furniture need to be upgraded.

The staff there barely speaks english in an international catering hotel Unwelcoming nature of the staff No smiles , completely ignoring you at the reception while calling for them while they are not busy( two occasions with two receptionists One receptionist told off a senior asian lady right infront of me Complicated house rules for the restruant .. with the staff not having and politeness nor the language to convey the massage while we wait for half an hour Worst experience in a hotel

Unfortunately the hotel was under expectations as there was no good services provided that already available in normal hotels. It was shocking when I was told that no electricity adapter and iron can be provided!!!

It was perfect, unless we had some little problem with the AC it was not working properly.. generally it was nice.

All but one aspect of the Baia Bursa was excellant. The one serious drawback which will prevent me from ever staying there again was the walls were "too thin". On my 3rd night there I received a neighbor in the previously empty room to the east. I could hear every softly spoken comment and "activity" from my neighbor and his woman room mate. My single cell phone ring tone heard thru the wall woke them at 3:00 am which resumed their activity consequintly ending my nights sleep.

Rezervasyonumuzu goruntuleyemedikleri icin bir sure bekledik. Verilen bornozda degisik bir koku vardi. Onun disinda bir sorun yoktu calisanlar guler yuzlu

Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Kahvaltıda birkaç küflü peynire denk geldik ve kahvaltı salonu çok soğuktu. Havuza bonesiz girmek yasak havuz da aynı şekilde soğuktu
