One of the most unique rooms and hotels in which I have ever stayed. Could use some updating, but a great night. Stairs to the bed in the loft, a jacuzzi in the living room, and a tunnel to the pool and hot tub. Hotel has a games room and what appeared to be a bike shop/fitness room. The waterslide is very slow and the hot tub overlooks the highway. Included breakfast was underwhelming. Location and views over the mountains were amazing.

Situated in a great location, pool & slide was great for the kids. Lofts get quite stuffy & hot, could use better fans or AC units up there. Decks need better chairs & a table so you can actually sit out there & be comfortable, & enjoy the space. Overall for the cost, it’s reasonable, but could use a few improvements

Hate to write this review as this is probably the first negative review I’ve written about a hotel. The property itself was fine, waterpark was nice for the kids but we had other issues. The lock on our door was broken…absolutely a safety issue. The front staff came to my room and tried telling me it wasnt broken…clearly a lie. They would not fix it immediately and refused to move us to a new room. Absolutely a safety concern and this was not taken seriously. Second concern is over the showers. If you enjoy a hot shower after a long day…absolutely do not stay here. The front staff kept telling us “they ran out of hot water because of too many people in the hotel.” 3 out of 3 nights my family and I had ice cold showers. Both the lock and hot showers are basic necessities when staying in a hotel room. For those reasons alone, i would absolutely not stay here.

Great place to stay!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable, however the elevator was not working and the hot water took time to get warm every evening. On the plus side, the restaurant in the hotel was absolutely fabulous! We travel a lot and The Riverview Bar and Grill had the best food we have ever tasted! We highly recommend stopping in for a meal. You will not be disappointed!

There was construction that started at 8 am literally on the unit - no parking but workers were very kind and considerate and hotel staff lovely place dated but clean and if parking had been close by it would have been more ideal

Bed has huge stain on it. Room was dank and gross in the basement . Elevator was broken. Seemed like everything was broken around the place! Stayed there two years ago and it was great.

Staff was so great this time, was my 4th stay there and it improves every time I come. The upgraded breakfast was so good too!

This was one of the cutest hotels we have stayed it. The log theme made it so cozy, and the staff was so amazing! I also can’t forget they had the BEST waffles for breakfast of anywhere we’ve been! Would 100% stay again

This is our 3rd stay and we will keep coming back. Great rooms, great breakfast and kids love the pool. Can’t ask for much better especially in the mountains.

Front desk associate was awesome upon check-in. So friendly and so kind. We truly appreciated the upgrade he gave us without us even asking.

Beautiful property. River view was amazing. Pool looked great but we didnt use it. Elevators wasn’t working but the staff made our accessible needs work. The restaurant was good. The shrimp dish was awesome! The breakfast included hot items and it was very good. We would definately stay again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a bonus and slowed us to get on with our travels
