Had a lovely trip to Polencia and was so charmed by both the area and L'hostal. We had the pleasure of getting greeted by the friendliest staff, Joanna was exceptional and extremely helpful. This was a very unique experience I'll remember forever.

Very friendly clean and efficient. I lost my key and they were understanding and replaced it. Left me a packed breakfast for the last day. Hope to go back soon.

Very clean room. Staff lovely. On a quiet side street about 30m from Plaça Major. The room was a little tired looking and there was no tea tray but otherwise perfectly comfortable. We got a really cheap room through Hotels.com with free breakfast and the breakfast was wonderful: outside Hotel Juma (the sister hotel) on the main square, coffee and a two course meal with plenty of choice. Parking is tricky in Pollença but we always managed to get a space in the free council car park by the bus stop.

Good: clean, location. Not so good: thin walls between rooms.

Very pleasant one night stay. Lovely and quiet yet just off the main square. Breakfast was taken at the sister hotel (Juma) overlooking the Placa Major, good quality food and service. Friendly check-in and great communication. Would definitely stay again.

Just off of Placa Major, this hotel is modern, clean, and economical. Could not have chosen a better hotel for our 4 night stay. Breakfast was included and provided by the neighboring hotel Juma.

We adored our stay at this hotel in Pollensa. Such a great picturesque town. This hotel is just off the main square on a quiet street. Great access to everything. Included a nice buffet breakfast. Our room had a lovely terrace.

Great little hotel, walls a bit thin so noise tends to travel. Great breakfast on the square, however we weren't informed to this until we were checking out. Lots of great restaurants nearby, very reasonably priced.

We were greated warmly and we felt welcome throughout . Breakfast brought to our room as we were leaving before 8.30 am - much appreciated! We fully intend to return often. One nice thing we didn't ascertain but would ask next time - could we make coffee/tea for our room , from the tray left out in the reception area . That would have been ideal!

Stylish hotel in a great location just off the square in Pollensa. Breakfast is taken in their sister hotel on the square which was nice. The downside is that our room had a connecting door with no soundproofing to the next room. The couple in that room talked and argued all night and it sounded like they were in our room!!!! So a bad nights sleep!

Great base for a cycling holiday with access to the rolling hills as well as mountains. Superb dining options in town, great massage just next door. Beds are on the harder side, but fine after a day of cycling/ working out.

Small clean and very friendly hotel situated right in the centre of old town pollenca.

Lovely hotel in great position, both rooms were of a very good size and very clean and quiet. The hotel is lovely and small and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

The hotel is right in the old town center and very convenient to everything. We found Pollensa a much more interesting town than Port de Pollensa.

This is a lovely hotel with beautifully designed and maintained rooms. Breakfast is served at the Juma a short walk up the road - not buffet style so takes a bit of familiarisation. Generous drink and snacks on arrival. You do need to be aware that there are no staff on site here - so don't make the mistake of arriving late like we did. You may not get in (we didn't). Problem resolved satisfactorily though so not a big issue.
