The property was fine the bed was excellent very comfy

Only time we have ever been to the same hotel 4 times. Says it all really. Spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. Excellent food service. Nice sitting areas. Staff are endlessly gracious and helpful. Nice sea front walkways and a huge beach which is never busy.

Great Hotel and staff very friendly. Housekeeping amazing. Only ate in restaurant once but food and service perfect. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool, and perfect location to walk into town.

The hotel was good but they didnt have a/c working so i coukdnt sleep for 3 nights

We were very impressed by all the staff couldn't do enough for us, we went there with friends to celebrate Moira's birthday. We had a few problems the air conditioning wasn't working so it was 27° in our room and very hot in our friends room also the jacuzzi bath didn't work. Some of the furniture needs tidying up. The big problem for us was the boat yard next door sanding a boat for painting was very noisy other than that we had a great time.

We had a room with a view which made our stay much nicer. The property is older but clean and tidy. In a quiet location at the edge of town. The beds were very hard. Nice walking path right outside that goes right into town. Right at the marine.

Our third stay at this wonderful hotel. Next to the beach and beach walks. Very comfortable and immaculately clean. Rooms very spacious. In quite an agricultural area but near so many lovely towns and cities. Aguilas is a ten minute drive away and has lots of nice bars and restaurants plus a lovely harbour. If you want to eat in, there is a lovely restaurant and terrace overlooking the sea. The best thing actually about this hotel is the delightful staff.

Spent a single night travelling and visiting the Geode. Handy underground car park. Staff very friendly and excellent, very modern rooms. It has a lovely terrace with fantastic views of the marina and beach. Breakfast is great with both hot English type offerings as well as continental selection. Have already booked another stay here which says it all.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at the Senator Águilas hotel. Lunch at the terrace bar was excellent and reasonably priced. There were plenty of sunbeds available and the pool as lovely. The area around the hotel is quiet, there’s an Italian restaurant nearby and a convenience store for drinks and snacks. The walk to the other end of the promenade took about 25 minutes but was a plenty stroll with lots of restaurants and bars around. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is in a reasonably quiet location. We stayed half board for 2 nights. Food was good. Bedroom looked tired and the bed was not comfortable at all, hence 3 stars for comfort

The buffet breakfast was poor the food was cold and not of fresh quality ie. cheap orange juice, not good machine coffee. Likewise the buffet dinner was also not hot and not fresh. Had been standing for ages. Indoor pool was not warm enough. Lack of parking facilities. Internet was intermittent and kept failing. Did not deserve 4 stars.

Nice bathroom. Large bedroom and bed. Great views, pleasant staff. (Minor)gripes: Took ages to checkin even though we were the only guests at reception. The hot buffet is luke warm at best.

Our second year at this hotel. Probably the cleanest hotel in the world! Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Equally spacious public areas both inside and outside with lots of room. All the food is of a very good standard and prices are very reasonable. Aguilas is a 10 minute drive away and there is plenty of flat walking. The area itself is typical southern semi desert but there are plenty of interesting places to drive to on a daily basis. A car is really essential. Finally, the staff, all the staff, are really first class.

We’ve stayed here a few times now and really like the location of the hotel. This time check-in was very slow with the receptionist leaving us to deal with someone else or talking on the phone - very irritating. The hotel is very clean….in fact, our room smelled strongly of disinfectant which wasn’t pleasant. The staff are always polite and helpful. Food in the restaurant is plentiful and good quality. We would stay again….these were unusual annoyances compared you the usual standard

At one end of Aguilas Playa, we were delighted with every aspect of this hotel during a 4 day October break. Immaculately clean, lovely staff, large rooms and suites. Lovely terraces overlooking and very near to the beach. Beach/beachfront walks to Aguilas itself. Aguilas was a pleasant resort with a lovely town square. The breakfast at the hotel was first class as were the other meals we had. On street parking was available but not sure what it would be like in high season. The hotel has its own underground parking if required. There is a modest sized outdoor and indoor pool and a spa on the top floor if that’s your thing. Lots to drive out to see within an hour or so. Generally highly recommended.
