La chambre était propre. Parcontre le personnel à notre arrivé n'était pas très coopératif. Nous n'avions pas mangé de la journée et le restaurant fermait à notre arrivée (16h00) et autres les restaurants sont à 30 minutes de marche et impossible d'avoir un taxi.. aucune aide à l'accueil. Le lendemain matin, nous avons déjeuné sur place et la personne présente qui s'occupait du déjeuner et de l'accueil était simplement merveilleuse, très gentille et serviable. Elle nous a appelé un taxi et celui-ci est arrivé 5 minutes après.

Staff were great, loads of parking, very clean and Spurs won so the added bonus of seeing crying Man U fans ! COYS

Hotel was good and receptionist spoke good English. We were disappointed that there were no eateries nearby without using the car as my wife is disabled.

We had a pleasant time at this hotel. It had all we needed for our short break in Haro

Staff were superb, they gave us awesome recommendations for places to go and eat, the only downside was this hotel does not have a restaurant, but there’s one literally next to it, do not go there the owner is a big bearded guy who was extremely rude, we didn’t know what his problem was, we complained to the hotel and they explained it wasn’t the first time the guests had issues with this restaurant, so they refunded our breakfast .

Great hotel and food

Nice location,good food, excellent wine. If you are in a vacation trip , and want to visit the vine Bodegas , that the hotel. Also to visit other town of La Rioja.

Nice but slightly run down and populated by truck drivers (at least off season). Cheap wine by the glass in the bar and a nice also cheap dinner. It seems someone had an idea of a fancy luxury hotel, but couldnt really keep the clientel or the level up.

Great hotel with a much needed secure carpark for little cost. Good rooms and pleasant staff.

The hotel itself was fine, decent bar. The location is handy for a stop-off, but it's basically a truck stop. The worst part of the stay was the over exuberant neighbours running up and down the (tiled) corridor and shouting at 5am. Not the hotel's fault, other than that carpeting the corridors would significantly reduce the problem.

a very modern hotel but not very user friendly. The shower was almost impossible to use easily. The bar / restaurant was soul-less and the location, on an industrial estate and at least a mile from Haro was a problem.

Very convenient, easy to find, and pleasant stay on our way south from Santander. Reception and restaurant staff were very helpful. Menu del dia, (11€), was very satisfying including bread water and wine. Very good quality room, soft matress, and fine bathroom. You take the old N road parallel to the motorway 20 km before Haro down the Ebro valley, then after your stay you travel another 20 km down the valley before rejoining the motorway. A very scenic route past the Rioja bodegas!

Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Ótima localização para ir às vinícolas. Poderia ter espelho na sala, barra de proteção no banheiro e lugar para pendurar toalha.
