So happy with Hôtel Eiffel Saint Charles! It was our home in Paris. We were welcomed upon entering and the staff was so service oriented. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this intimate hotel!

Lovely hotel. Rooms are compact but have everything you need. Everything cleaned and tidied spotlessly every day. Fabulous staff, welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast, lots of choice. Perfect location.

Excellent hotel, good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Location isn’t ideal with kids as not many good quality eateries and a short walk to nearest metro.

Everything was fine except I felt I got bit by bedbugs in my room

This hotel is located in a lovely area with easy access to tram lines, making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and great value for the location. We’d definitely consider staying here again! Loved the staff! They make you feel right at home!

Great location but the room was way too small. Very difficult to move around...especially shower.

Location is very good walking distance to Eifel tower and other monuments. Breakfast is good.

The room, the view, the breakfast, the lovely staff. I had a lovely birthday surprise. The hotel is in a very good location for sightseeing. The Effiel tower is within walking distance. The metro station is about 7 mins walk.
