It was accommodation only. We had key code to let you in. Didnt see the owner at all. Bedroom was small but adequate. Ensuite was small. Bed was not that comfortable but it was very clean.

Great stay at Holly Lodge Guest House, lovely accommodation, beds were comfortable and everything provided, including an in-room mini fridge. This self-catering accommodation

Good choice for a guest house. Close to train station, 10 minute walk to centre of town, 20 minute walk to beach. All similar properties seem to be on edge of town, big hotels by seafront.

Perfect. Holly lodge is just perfect. The room is small but spacious as they use all space saving storage. It was really clean and a comfy bed. Drinks provided, good communication. Ideal for our stay. Would definitely recommend

Spotlessly clean & comfortable. I had the impression I booked a larger suite than what I got. Not all rooms are same sized.

Very clean, room was smaller than expected, not really adequate for two people, would be fine for a lone visitor. Area a bit run down. Felt quite impersonal as no reception or staff in attendance for the entire visit.

It was a modern and spacious room with a kettle, fans for the heat and a fridge which was such a bonus. Tea and coffee in ample supply. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely should be applying for four rooms as this B&B is special

The room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children it was nice as we had adult space and kids space

Great stay, clean and comfortable with friendly hosts. Only 10min walk from pier. Kids enjoyed having their own room with TV, would stay again *****

We had a great 2 night stay ,good full English breakfast ,very clean and tidy throughout hotel, room a little bit small but was enough for us , over all very good with no complaints ,
