I did not expect the size of the room I received. It was a larger room then anticipated and the price was great. The front desk clerk was very helpful as I got parked in.

Clean, quiet, close to shopping.

It was not clean our room. We noticed trash bags were not replaced from previous night.

It was a really nice place to stay…clean comfortable and friendly staff…the free breakfast is a huge plus especially if you have kids with you.

Hotel renovation looks great. Very clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, staff was helpful. Only issue was our room was right in front of the elevator and stairs. While it was conversation, there were a couple of groups that got off the elevator after we had went to bed and they were a bit loud. Was fine after that.

Excellent customer service! We will definitely stay here again!

Close to activities I was interested in

Room was clean and comfortable. Limited parking and our exterior door didn’t close well and had a large gap you could see daylight through on the side. Would have felt unsafe if I were not traveling with my husband.

Only there one night . No problems checking in. Room was clean and recently updated. Good value.

Hotel was very nice for the price point. My only complaint is that the bathroom light is connected to the fan and it was unreasonably loud. We ended up taking our shower with the light off because it was so loud. Road noise was a littl elouderthan expected but we just turned the AC to a "constant fan" and helped drown out the noise. Side note: the listing mentions there is a 24 hour fitness center on site but there is not. We asked the front desk and she said they don't have any type of gym or equipment. Breakfast was your traditional hotel breakfast but it was good (and free). Beds were comfortable (we had a King room).

The door to the room did not close all the way/ had a clear crack between the door and the wall. The peep hole in the door had a tissue stuffed in it from prior guests. The bed was on a pullout bed frame. The carpet was not tacked down to the floor at all. There was very minimal lighting in the bathroom/vanity area. The lobby area was dirty. We had to leave the hotel because we did not feel safe staying there. Do not book this. Spend the extra money and book somewhere else.

Everything was great except the parking lot didn’t seem to have enough spaces for the amount of rooms in the building

It was a nice clean room nothing big but since it was just me and my partner it was good. Now the bathroom was a small and the toilet was super close to the door in bathroom. It was fine for me but a bigger person may have a harder time with the toilet being that close to the bathroom door

Nice location and clean

The hotel was very nice. Check in was easy, the room was very nice. Soon as we opened the door to the room it smelled great. It was clean and looked new. Bed was comfortable. The breakfadt was lacking. The eggs were powdered the sausage was fair. But over all the hotel was great and the location was great. Will stay here again.

Long weekend in Pigeon Forge for me and the family. Previous stay said this was a good choice and it did not disappoint. Great location, breakfast included, no complaints.
