The good thing about this property is the location. Its away from the crowd and close to the train. Venice is small so it's easy to walk to most things. The staff was not particularly helpful. The breakfast was terrible. The gentleman serving the breakfast was nice. But they make you sign up for a time slot to have breakfast otherwise the space is limited. We ended up getting breakfast from outside. Some of the food served was sour and not at all fresh or not tasty. I wanted to like the property. The suite was fair and mostly clean. Although venice is very expensive, I don't think we got our money's worth at this property.

Very nice room, and very spacious. Great room amenities included. Breakfast choice was ample, and staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is ideally located, central to the many place to visit. Water taxi point is very close. Highly recommended hotel.

Excellent stay for the night

I really liked the location! It was super convenient. The only complaint I have is the pillows and mattress we had. They were super hard and gave me seriously bad neck pain. It also made us wake up a lot throughout the night because we couldn't get comfortable. Otherwise, we had a really easy check-in, staff was wonderful, we enjoyed the breakfast, location was fantastic & yea :) overall really great stay!

We booked this hotel after our original hotel on the Grand Canal cancelled our reservation. This hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the grand canal, close to the water bus and about a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The walk was pleasant as many people are walking in the direction and we never feel unsafe. We are a family of 4 and were placed in a nearby building that has an apartment belonging to the hotel. This apartment does not include breakfasts but it was very clean, quiet, and spacious. We found an incredible bakery nearby that had many delicious options. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We had a large 2 room suite, beds and pillows were very comfy. Service was great and so was the morning breakfast.

The property was nice and clean. Staffs were really nice. There are two water bus stops at 5 mins distance and is every safe to walk around. With water taxi, one needs to walk less than a min. The property had everything just right. The breakfast is nice if you have sweet tooth - many delicious options,for us it was alright . Pancakes were good. I would give 5 stars to location and staff, everything else is just right - not outstanding, not bad - just right and great for the price. Overall 4/5, definitely better than average and little less than outstanding.

I stayed in room 203 it was all red decorated, beautiful, cleans and spacious, breakfast was included and it was great ! I totally recommend this place ... 15 min walk from the train station and 15 from Rialto bridge , a lot of restaurants and a mini market around the corner...

Stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it . The hotel is in a good location, a few mins walk from waterbus stop and 15 mins walk to Rialto bridge . Breakfast was good and staff pleasant and helpful . Would stay here again .

Everything was great about this hotel. We were four and opted for the two bedroom suite. In a word: Awesome!

I was told that the tab water isn’t allowed in Venice by a waitress in a restaurant. So at breakfast I asked to have a sealed bottle they wanted to charge me 4 euro when I complained they said there is tab water you should’ve drinked it.

One of the most beautiful and charming hotels I’ve stayed in in a long time. The architecture, the furniture with the window drapes, beds, artwork, walls, Morano glass chandeliers in each room. The nice included semi private breakfast was a cherry on top. The staff was friendly, the location was excellent.
