Clean room , staff very good- parking underground for a set price - area around the property was dirty with rubbish lying all around the place and is not a safe area at night time .

Good room. Spacious room. Small kitchen nicely equipped, including microwave oven. No hairdryer. No cups.

Decent room for the price. Covid -19 had negative effect on experience as expected.

Good location with easy access to bus and tram. Very clean and spacious room and quiet bu within easy distance of the centre.

Check in not fast

Quite adequate intermediate home for those who came to Brest to get some knowledge of French language and explore the breton countryside. If I went there one more time, I would seek accommodation in this hotel again.

Very clean and new building

Awful experience. The hotel charges extra for everything from early check in of 5 euros per hour, late checkout of 7 euros per hour and charge for ironing board. Had to ask for toilet paper. The condition of the apartment was awful from cheap furniture that was falling apart to the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in. The shower was full of mold.

Stayed three nights. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was clean and modern. All in all we enjoyed it.

Two night stay on the way to the ferry. There was a Carrrfour and Lidl on the door step. Hard to get parking on the street so used underground car park which was very convenient. Wifi was only 2€ a night. There was a tram stop at the end of the street which brought you into the centre. Would recommend apart city.

A great welcome from a most friendly team at reception

Excellent service. Nice clean rooms and our cat was able to stay too! Our only qualm would be the unusual reception hours.

Studio appartment. Independence experience far better than any hotel. Kitchen, bathroom etc well appointed and all meticulously clean. Good welcome and don't forget to use internet alternative (FAQ) if you intend to arrive outside generous reception hours.

Bon appart hotel. Grand studio confortable. Dommage toute petite télévision et on ne peut pas la regarder du lit le bras mural n est pas assez orientable. Bon équipement de cuisine pour réchauffer les aliments , équipée d un petit lave vaisselle. Taille du studio confortable. Petit dejeuner bien fourni.

Chambre mal aménagée: 30 cm entre le lit et l'armoire. Pas de support valise. Une seule lampe de chevet. pas de patère dans l'entrée pour les vêtements d'extérieur. Peu de prises électrique accessibles. Mitigeur de douche difficile à régler. Lavabo légèrement fendu. Convient à une personne seule, mais malcommode pour un couple. Propre. Bien chauffé. Literie correcte. Ascenseurs rapides.

Chambre parfaite. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, mais à la réception la personne m’a fait la réservation que je voulais.

Chambre très propre, emplacement géographique idéal pour moi. Accueil très agréable et chaleureux. J'aurais aimé pour ce type de location un espace "petit salon". Il y a une salle de bain très bien, une kitchenette, mais ensuite tout est dans la chambre.
