The hotel had a ceiling leak on the second floor. A large garbage can in the hallway catching water, ceiling tiles missing due to obvious repair. I have photos but cannot upload to this review.

I had a room for Friday night and we ended up going Thursday. I called to get a room for Thursday and we would have to move to a room. I went online and they said that the room was canceled and my money would be refunded. Was still charged for the room. We went to Comfort Inn and had a good experience. We have grandchildren in the area and come down several times a year.

This Hotel was great for our trip to New Iberia.....

Very nice staff at check in which was quick. Strange noise in room so we ran the fan to try to block out noise. Sliding door on shower fell off the track on my husband. Dirty shower. Ran water in shower for 5 minutes to get hot water. TV sits catycorner to bed so get crick in your neck to watch TV.

Out of 5 nights on the road, yours was our favorite hotel.

Did not stay at property...I booked 2 queen suite with sofa book..I was advised hotel overbooked rooms..only had king suite with sofabed and couldn't check in a little early. Therefore I canceled room and was able to get room I needed at another hotel in area and was cheaper.

Bed was ver comfortable and pillows

Reserved 2 queens, given a king. No staff on premise to ask to correct. Toilet didn’t work, shower door broken. Clean facility and decent breakfast.

Very convenient location to the interstate, plenty of food options and parking. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly

Check-in was quick, Very friendly receptionist. Room did accommodate my three teenagers very spacious. Complementary breakfast was nice.

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good. Room door was defective. Room could use more lighting. There was a loud banging all night.

Had issues with the television, so was not able to watch television in the room. The rooms are also pretty dated. I’d recommend going to the Holiday Inn express nearby.

This hotel was dirty in the hallways carpets ripped in places and our shower did not work right. I didn’t get a hot shower all weekend . One time water wouldn’t come out at all . They did comp our 2nd night which was very nice . The beds were very comfortable though and the breakfast was good . Probably wouldn’t stay here again .

The hotel staff were attentive, friendly and competent. The area has many hotels. This one is set back from the road/highway so no be quieter from some of the others. There isn’t a good place to take a walk except around the building.

Booked a king suite, when I arrived, there were no king rooms of any sort available.

Very central location. Super clean, nice place to stay.
