Initially I ordered twin beds but got a free suite room upgrade, thank God. Thank you, the best Rotana, the distance to the Haram is also very close. When you get off at P4, you pass the mall. Food is also suitable for Indonesians. Overall, it's okay, the best 5 stars. Next time I go for Umrah, I'll be at Rotana again.

The restaurant balcony directly overlooks the Grand Mosque, it's really amazing.

The attraction of this hotel is definitely the proximity to the Grand Mosque and the characteristic of this hotel is the view during breakfast, because there is an outdoor area that directly faces the Grand Mosque, which is not owned by 5-star hotels around it (to my knowledge). The variety of food is definitely like 5-star hotels. The room is comfortable and there is a speaker that connects to the Grand Mosque, so women can join in praying from their room. The interior of the room is also modern and soundproof. This is my second booking, because I am satisfied with the hotel.

Here you will find something that is not available in other hotels. The hotel employs deaf bellboys. Almost all of them are bellboys. So we were touched. Amazed. The hotel appreciates them. Salute to the hotel al marwa rayyhan.

Hotel near the Haram Mosque.

Very nice, near to haram. Friendly.

The restaurant that is the icon of this hotel, apparently is not open during breakfast (Locked), so friends, don't expect to get a haram view breakfast like the one seen in the videos. If you want to eat there, it's a different time, not breakfast, and you have to pay another 700 thousand per person 😂. The icon of the breakfast place is just a scam and part of the advertisement.

The hotel staff is very good. The rooms are clean every day with a vacuum.

Comfort bedroom, close to haroom.

I book this hotel for my family. I was with them to the room then I went home. Since the time I came from the basement which is specially for Marwah Rotana, I was amazed with all the things there, till I came to the lobby. The staffs are friendly. Not too much time for check in. The rooms are really good. The foods are very lovely. I am really enjoying the moment when I was there in Rotana.
