I’m so happy I found this resort. The Air Suite we booked was a dream come true and felt like a treehouse. It was private, surrounded by palm trees and the concrete and wood gave it a soothing minimalist feel that was so relaxing and comforting. The dual shower…exquisite. The best part was the private rooftop deck and plunge pool. We had total privacy and felt surrounded in beauty. The free breakfast was delicious with good options and the hotel restaurant was unbelievable. Their breakfast and dinner service was outstanding. You must try the squid and shrimp empanadas. Our room steward, Raquel, was so kind and accommodating whether it was restaurant suggestions or helping us navigate the area to even making sure we were comfortable. The front desk is also so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. It was truly a dream come true experience and we cannot wait to return, the staff made us feel like we are family.

The staffs are very attentive.

The resort and the rooms are beautiful. But the service was pretty awful from our experience. Staff ks friendly but pointless when it came to basic things. We had a broken light outside of our room entrance and we repeatedly asked them to fix it daily and it was not fixed until our last night after my husband had a stern talk with them. It was dangerous to walk in and out of our room in the darkness, a total safety hazard. Basic things like face clothes were not replenished during cleaning and housekeeping kept the doors opened during service which welcomed a a swarm of mosquitos into our room. If you like a beautiful jungle setting and don’t mind getting eaten alive by mosquitos, then this is your spot!

Very beautiful property, especially the vegetation and the spa. The concierge was excellent as it was the staff serving breakfast. The receptionist was not very attentive, I would say even impolite, showing some frustration amd addressing us with little patience.

A beautiful location

Very clean and superb accommodations inside the nature. We have walked by and entered to different hotels in Zina Hotelera and not even once we had regretted staying at this place.

It was okay experience,definitely would not go back. Highly recommend some other hotel with much better service and care.

The wonderfully wide beachfront property sprinkled with pools and organically designed rooms and cabins nestled in the jungle still steal the show. While the rooms smell a bit moldy, the front desk is not well trained or responsive, and the beach/restaurant employees focus more on talking with themselves than the guests, it’s a wonderful experience.

The most relaxing vacation I’ve been on. We loved the location, the people, the food.

Be Tulum was wonderful—the staff, the room, the plunge pool, the spa, the atmosphere, the food—and I loved the free breakfast. However, there were two, quite large, issues that I did have with the hotel: (1) There were a lot of added-on service "gratuity fees." I was charged a $42 gratuity fee for using the minibar. That was worth more than anything that was in the minibar, which was old and stale; (2) once I added up my bill, after I left, it was incorrect by over $100.

an ordinary hotel everyone describes it as super nothing special the room is clean but be prepared for the fact that mosquitoes will eat you day and night because the hotel is in the forest the breakfast was not tasty and also disgusting the staff is very impudent and unfriendly one time to look ok but I will never go back there

Excellent all the way around!

The resort was a luxury experience with remarkable staff and stunning views. The designated pool areas were a treat and the surrounding community was well maintained and safe. We encourage you to keep bug repellant handy when visiting between June and September.

The property is amazing! The service of the waiters is pretty good. But all other staff is terrible, it has always been the same. For years I have stayed in this hotels (Nomade and Be) and it’s a shame they treat you so poorly. The reason I always stay is because of the location and beautiful facilities. They always have people in training, and poorly trained.
