While the property was clean it was significantly dated and the room I had booked with a bed for 2 turned out to be 2 small beds separated across the room which was not what I expected or wanted. The property also had a fusty/ smoky smell which was off-putting.

Air conditioning unit didn’t work, facilities run down for the price, iron was a joke and for the 2 night we were there we asked 20 times for a hairdryer and one was never available. A truly disappointing trip, my worst hotel experience of my life, especially considering the price. 5 star cost but 1 star experience.

Clean, modern hotel, nice size room. Staff helpful and friendly. Well priced food with plenty of choice. Onsite parking. Walkable distance to several beaches and forest walks. Very poor Wi-Fi, forever disconnecting!

The room was nice if a little old fashioned. Underground parking was available at a very reasonable rate.15 minute walk to the city centre.

Impromptu Stay for 4 nights as booked accommodation got cancelled at the last moment.This actually turned out the better for us as our dog had more free space ,the room came with a terrace. Everything was perfect,very welcoming and efficient staff. Nice spa and massage treatment.Covid regulations in place. Convienient park 3mins walk from the hotel for our 4 legged companion. Quiet and secure area with plenty of street parking out side the hotel,although there is onsite parking for just over 7 euros per day. We did not eat in the restaurant,but it seemed quite a basic small menu. Bar was good with sensible prices. 20 minute walk to ferry port and beaches and pine forest 30min. Good location for small cafes and restaurants all within a short walking distance.Lidl and Aldi supermarket 5 min walk. Very dog friendly hotel. All in all a very enjoyable stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was pretty good. Breakfast was fairly basic. Thermal suite very good. Unfortunately massage therapist was on holidays so I was unable to avail of a massage and hotel did not make me aware of this when booking.

Very helpful staff, clean and quiet room. Good location. This small hotel is a friendly place to stay for a few days, but I wouldn't recommend it for a summer holiday as it doesn't have a garden or an outside pool. The spa is also very small, specially the changing rooms. OK for a rainy afternoon,very clean.

Needed a hotel that would take our two dogs for a few days as we waited for a ferry from Cadiz Hotel was more than suitable and everyone was great! Very pleasant stay

We enjoyed our one night! We booked because storms were predicted (they didn't show) but we had a lovely evening with pool to ourselves (be warned the pool closes 2-5:30pm). Love the decoration, room was clean and beds very comfortable. Easy and nice oute to Cadiz the next morning, would definitely stay again

Great little place with a spa. The staff is very friendly and parking is free on local streets. A garden-like atmosphere.

I stayed in Hotel Del Mar while on a visit to my daughter who is on work placement in a near by language sch. Location was perfect. Breakfast is ok!

Comfortable hotel well worth the 3 star rating, friendly mufti-lingual staff. Enjoyed the weekend very much and would definitely go back again. Cost price fantastic compared with other hotels around this class that have less amenities.

Alquilamos 2 habitaciones. En una de ellas No salía agua de la ducha. Lo reportamos a las 8 de la mañana y nos contestaron a las 10.38, cuando nos habíamos marchado del hotel sin ducharnos. En la otra habitación que rentamos para mi hijo, no funcionaba el aire, ni el mini frigorífico y olían mal las tuberías y las sábanas . Todo huele muchísimo a cloro.

Mi experiencia, esperaba que fuera mejor, hemos estado 4 días y no nos han cambiado las sábanas, punto negativo, las toallas una vez, el spa pequeño y escaso Lo peor, que enchufe las planchas del pelo en el baño y hubo un cortocircuito que se fue la luz de toda la zona donde estábamos, baje a recepción para dar aviso y subió la palanca de la luz y listo Me quedé sin poderme peinar, no nos dieron opción, a la mañana siguiente salíamos de viaje... Lo he dejado dicho en recepción por si se molestan en repararlo Personalmente no volveremos
