Supper nice and great to relax.

Great property with lovely facilities we struggled parking and there was quite a bit of rubbish just outside the hotel, but overall very good.

The ambiance is more like in a typical business hotel rather than a spa. Warmer decirariin touches to the rooms and lublic soaces and more green would be nice. The outside pool is quite small, but has a nice view to a mountain. As other reviews noted there is a train passing next to the hotel, hiwever with AC on and windows closed it did not bother us at night. Overall for the peice there are some better choices forbapa hotels in the area, but if you are looking for a clean, reliable standard hotel with spa facilities, this one is ok.

The hotel was not 4 star in my opinion, no coffee water facilities or iron . Bath robes didn’t fit & no replacement given .

Room not ready even late afternoon. Staff surly. Room small clean but minimal with no toiletries and no water glasses etc. Not 4 star. Outdoor pool area looked as if it had not been swept for days. A lovely town and area but poor hotel.

Overall a pretty good spa, it's in a very small town, population around 1100, so I think that plays into it, treatments were great and my masseuse was excellent, they could definitely improve the food quality, especially given that at a place like this you would expect healthier / more clean choices, but in general I enjoyed it, I would go back!

Location and style take me back to nostalgic memories of childhood.

Stopped here on the way for one night. Nice place to relax for a short while.In the middle of not much, but thats the point, Small village with a hand full of bars. Thermal baths if your into that and a smallish out side pool. Bar and restaurant service were lagging other facilitied level.

El hotel está bien y puede estar mejor, el personal de atención al cliente no es el mejor, cuando llegue y me entregaron la habitación les informé que el refrigerador no funciona, me dijeron que esperara a que enfriara, hasta la fecha no enfría nada, no tienen comunicación entre ellos de los problemas del hotel, me responden o no sabía nada, no me lo habían comunicado, estuve casi 2 días sin internet, por problemas de una tormenta y no sabían cuándo podrían reparar el daño ocasionado.

Un lieu sympathique pour une étape. Accès piscine extérieure d'eau thermale. Chambre calme.

El circuito termal incluido con la reserva no está mal aunque es de sólo 45 minutos, pero el acceso al sauna y otras instalaciones son aparte

Precio muy alto para lo que se ofrece La experiencia en el SPA fue desilusionante. Agua fria, chorros sin fuerza, acusada falta de luz, personal solo atento a cuando se tiene que salir la gente. Sauna que hay que pagar aparte La cena bastante cara para un buffet mediocre y sin calidad. Para no volver

Las comidas y desayunos poco que desear

Hotel caro y venido a menos. El spa incluido (45 minutos al dia) es horrible, con el agua fría y sin ningún interés. Luego todos los demás tratamientos y espacios son de pago (y carísimos, del rollo de 50€ 25 minutos de masaje). No lo recomiendo.
