Reception and reception area was very good. Breakfast was good. We had issues with the rooms for a two might stay . First room when we entered smelled terrible and the phone wasnt working, we mentioned to receptionist and they said they would bring something for the smell - didnt happen. Next day we changed rooms that was much better except missing shower curtain and toilet not filling, both items were fixed . Apart from the odour in the first room judt minor issues but overall just csused minor irritation. Decent enough hotel but probably wouldnt choose to stay there again .

Buen hotel

The hotel was great the only thing I would change is the towels they are nasty and the room had some type of smell other than that it was great

2 of 3 rooms had trash on the floor from previous customers. 1 of the 3 had the toilet completely movable (not sealed to the floor) and would clog easily. We had to inform the front desk three times of the clogs before they even offered to send maintenance. We stayed there for 4 nights 5 days so that was extremely inconvenient and we obviously demanded a room change after the 3rd occurrence. We previously requested a room change but were turned down because of room availability. Overall we definitely were disappointed and would never return to this hotel nor the line itself.

It was a good experience

The only thing I did not like was the toilet. It did not flush as was instructed. So I had to fill up the trash bin in the shower and dump water in the toilet for it to go down. Towels were not the cleanest either.

No complaints

If anything, our only complaint was there was no fridge in the room and the ice machine was broken. The doorman offered to find us ice but the restaurant took care of us...great place to eat, btw. Beds were very hard for our liking but we survived.

Excellent stay

Staff was great!!! Very friendly and helpful. Bathroom shower area was not clean and they immediately sent staff to clean it thoroughly. Air conditioner made a metal/paper rattling sound which was annoying as we were trying to sleep so we turned it off…air conditioning person wasn’t not on site. Could use a new coffee machine and more breakfast variety. It was nice but could be updated/remodeled

We use this hotel when visit family. It has the basic stuff to just stay the night.

Hotel muy limpio en área muy segura personal amable, desayuno variado y muy completo solo algunas áreas de oportunidad que propondría, sería tener una alberca en algún piso o azotea y camas un poco más suaves más sin embargo volvería sin duda a hospedarme en otras futuras ocasiones
