the room was dirty & smelled humid, the food service was terrible old meat in the menudo, the quality of the food was not what it used to be I came back bc I enjoyed being here last time & I come back with my family & the worst experience ever. there was no quiet floors too much noise.

No puedo escribir una buena nota por el motivo que renté dos cuartos me uno de ellos no funcionaba la televisión y no podían dar solución que por qué no estaba el técnico y después el baño no funcionaba pues me volvieron a decir lo mismo que los de mantenimiento no estaban hice registro a las 9:00 de la noche y a las 8:00 am yo ya estaba saliendo de las habitaciónes por lo molesta que estaba que no resolvieron por cosas tan simples que venían con la estancia, yo sugiero que siempre revisen la habitación antes de adoptarla

I had a terrible experience checking in for the night shift with a woman named Sara. She gave me a room that required climbing many stairs. I told her I needed one with an elevator because of my leg problems. First, she said they didn't have one, and then, annoyed, she gave me one on the third floor. Exiting the elevator, I had to walk down a very long hallway, and at the very end, turning left, was my room. I'm 67 years old and have knee problems, and every day I was there (4), she made me go back to reception to activate my room key card. It seems she didn't like me from the start, simply because I refused to go to a room where I couldn't climb stairs.

Was a very grateful and unexpected sorpresa. Beyond our expectations. Excelente breakfast and staff attention.

Restaurant menu that's very variable ,the staff very helpful.

The room was not clean properly as it was still clothes from another guest hanging on the closet, and use soap bar, not enough towels (only 1 and we were 3 people). Hotel room wasn't bad but the plugs were a bit old and falling apart when triying to connect something, AC is still warm even on 19 °C and pool was dirty and too much chlorine; other than that the location was nice and the hotel is overal nice.

the gym treadmills are good, the weight machine was unfortunately broken. The could use some dumbbells and a bench.

This was my first time Staying at this place And it’ was amazing My room was clean , calm and peaceful to sleep . Their services people were always polite whiling to help all the time . I’m just so happy to stayed here . Thanks

Yes the room was spotless anf the staff was friendly. This hotel is a hiden gem. We hope to come back again. With Westjet starting weekly service from Calgary, the hotel should be advertising. The possibilities are endless

the staff was very rude and almost annoyed when you would go ask questions ..no ice machine in the building..you would have to go beg the kitchen to get you some..the bar closed at 9:00..the breakfast was expensive and not worth it

Staff was great. Lunch and dinner options were good, breakfast was just okay. Rooms were clean.
