Room was very tired and showing signs of its age. Damaged wall paper and furniture. Restaurant staff generally good, a few poor customer performance. Room safe was not working and although repeated requested, not fixed for four days.

Nice hotel with pool, sauna and exercise room, however at times they ran out of towels for pool use. Some items on dinner menu were not so great, breakfast buffet was nice.

Location is good but the hotel is outdated and in desperate need of renovations

Nice hotel, good restaurant and lots of excellent restaurants around the lake all within walking distance. Hotel quiet for a good nights sleep, no traffic or deliveries at 5 in the morning. You can also open the window at night for fresh air. Always get a good nights sleep at this hotel. The hotel is quite isolated but that's why its so peaceful.
