Clean room, friendly staff, reasonable location

Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early.

The room needs attention as the lighting was insufficient. We had a hard time seeing in the room as there wasn’t enough light available. Also, the TV remote didn’t work as the batteries were dead probably. Otherwise everything was find. Not big things but addressing these minor issues would make a big difference.

The area definitely looked unsafe, pillows sucked terribly, memory foam hard as brick!! Bed to tossed and turn all night before my leave to the airport even left 1.5 hours before my scheduled time just couldn’t sleep

Our experience could not have been better. We are three American Senior women and the hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. All the staff was excellent, especially Giacomo at the front counter who gave us explicit instructions and directions and also Antonio the bar manager who went out of his way to make our experience extra special, even telling us about the special Prosecco.

Great convenient location to train or shopping area, staff and service very helpful. Need to be vigilant though if you turn right. Breakfast service was particularly good. The bathrooms and other amenities are dated or need some maintenance.

It was an OK hotel, location can be better, parking lot available a block away. Good service and breakfast.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the airport bus stop if you haven’t much baggage. It’s very close to the metro station which is one stop from the train station. This was very convenient for me since I used Catania as a base to explore Taormina and Siracusa. It is around 15 minutes walk from the duomo and main tourist sites. The restaurant behind the hotel had live music outdoors but it was quiet by 11 pm. The breakfast buffet was very good with a fine array of choices. Management was very prompt in replying to queries on WhatsApp. Highly recommended.

Marco in the bar was the absolute best. He catered to us and made us feel so welcome and the breakfast was delicious.

Hotel is close to subway , restaurants, and old center of city. Good breakfast

Simply fantastic. We had a suite and it was majestic. The decor was so unique, it’s worth a mention. The breakfast was great. Their happy hour is an experience that should not be missed. We were warned about the neighborhood, so we were cautious. But again, there were so many options nearby. Absolutely fantastic experience.

Great stay in Catania here for a little winter sun. Staff were amazingly helpful, upgraded our room for free suggested nearby towns to visit. The breakfast everday was exceptional and there were no shortage of option's. The room was spacious and well maintained throughout our stay. The gym was functional (though perhaps the treadmill could do with a service)... the hotel is close to central Catania so makes the perfect base to visit the city. Would definitely stay here again and reccomend.
