Great breakfast

There were not trash bin in the room and no water was provided everyday.

The location was perfect ! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior of the building could do with an update and breakfast could do with expanding the variety

Location is great , clean and spacious room . Quiet place and near in the shops metro and tram we had a lovely stay, will go back again.

Room immaculately clean. Loved the mattress topper which was found in wardrobe. Great position for walking everywhere in Vienna. Had to ask for kettle and cups for room. Breakfast room is not big enough for the amount of people and had to sit in a side room which was not ideal.

Ideally located ,would book again if visiting Vienna . Breakfast was included and had a good selection that was continually refreshed. No coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was clean and warm, the staff were pleasant and efficient. It was an excellent location for exploring Vienna. Breakfast was varied and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

BEST find ever!!! Excellent communication with Hotel Post. The staff welcoming and helpful. Great assist with airport pickup with our flight delay. The rooms were traditional and spacious. Heated bathroom lovely. Housekeeping spotless and so very nice. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were great. Location was great access to walk as advertised and close to U-Bahn. Felt safe. This was our first stay at Hotel Post. Would stay again and I highly recommend. Thank you to all at Hotel Post for a lovely stay.

The hotel was clean and centrally located. The staff were helpful with things to see... The breakfast was ok - would have liked hard-boiled eggs to take away as I did not have time to eat but I went through looking for something portable.

The room was spotless. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The pillows weren’t great - rather flat and uncomfortable. But that is typical in this part of the world. The soaring high ceilings and beautiful vintage elevator made for a delightful experience. The location is perfect- one block from the tram stop and the underground station. The hotel is a great value for the money. Definitely recommend.

Great that a breakfast buffet was included - walking distance to fun area in old town and close to some public transportation- glad free big bottle of water in the room
