This is one of our favorite hotels to stay at. The only issue I have had is housekeeping knocks on the door early asking if you know when checkout is. Checkout is 11:00am and they knock at 9:30am.

The biggest complaint was the carpet on the floor was filthy. There was red hair and other debris on the carpet. The manager was made aware of the situation at check out.

This property after check in, there were stains on the floor showerhead is plastic and old and faucet on the bathroom cannot be used as it’s only shower and the pool tab is stuck permanently drained system on the tub is very slow on both bathrooms. Carpet is dirty with stain and my feet are so getting dirty even on barefoot. Air condition on the hallway is leaking and became a electrical hazard right outside our door and another important thing is hygiene on the second floor filter system for the ice machine is dirty and not a lot of people I’ve seen it. It has a clear casing with the filter inside so you can see all the dirt And if you don’t check it, you probably would not notice it and just trust the eyes that’s coming out of the machine workers doing the resupply every day are very good even if they’re new and lady doing all the food and kitchen and cleaning and busting. The tables are very in tune with her job, which is great. Another bad thing is there was a bunch of people who checked in with their family and all of them are Caucasian that had used the parking lot as their tailgate and I almost ended up having to argue with them as they’re blocking the way for parking as parking is not available in the front I said it’s limited so you have to go around on the side and even though there was cameras out there they should’ve made aware that that’s not allowed in the property

Book this stay with my family for my mother’s birthday. The stay in the hotel was lovely, and each day they had different food options for the free breakfast. We booked the stay here because of the free breakfast and pool which my mother wanted, but unfortunately it was cold during our stay so we didn’t get a chance to experience the pool. The General Manager checked us in upon arrival and was so lovely. She even let us check in early as we only came because my mother had to use the restroom from traveling all morning. The amenities were great, and we had free coffee, tea, water, juice, and fruit that we could take from what was leftover from breakfast if we didn’t want to pay for bottled drinks that were also an option to buy. The hotel is about a 25minute drive from Hershey park and I would advise coming here if you are driving. There isn’t any transportation, or stores in walking distance so if you don’t have a car I’d advise against staying here.

This is a great property to stay at. My only complaint was people slamming the door to t h e stairs all night and most of the day.

Breakfast was very good every morning, coffee and hot water 24/7 in lobby also very nice. We stayed 4 nights and never had cleaning services even with a sign on the door to please service room. I was told by the desk staff that the cleaning crew couldn’t read English and didn’t know the difference between do not disturb and service the room sides of the door card ?!?!?! Had to empty our own garbage every day and retrieve towels and wash clothes.

Great hotel in Harrisburg. We stayed the night as we were passing through. Breakfast buffet in the morning and a gym and pool were available but we did not use them.

It was amazing

It was clean and quiet for the most part. The only complaint i have is the parking spaces are super small and tight.

Lovely room. Easy check in process. Good variety for breakfast. Definitely would stay again.

The general manager Maranda was very nice and professional and when needed, she took care of business quick and efficiently

Quiet, easy highway access, short drive to eat, breakfast buffet included.

Only one tiny problem. No hot coffee at 6am. Quickly rectified!

Friendly staff. Quiet. Convenient. Reasonably priced. Clean

It was a place to stay, pretty comfortable for that. The building is fairly old, with minimal updates. The door lock was an issue, somehow always staying unlocked.
