Incredible breakfast buffet and facilities. Kind and helpful staff. Nice room, but very hot on sunny summer days. Great that it is so close to Lalandia.

Bra beliggenhet, rolig og greie rom. Har man barn er det utmerket å få rom ut mot lekeplass. God frokost. Mangler aircondition, room cleaning og restaurante. Fint med booking til frokost, men få ledige tidspunkt.

Breakfast was great!

Great place with lots of activities for kids and families as such. Nice outdoor areas and excellent location. Last but not least an amazing breakfast buffet the quality of which i typically find only at five star hotels….

Unfortunately no proper Danish back-bacon for breakfast. The booking of a timeslot for breakfast, which was made with an app, also didn't go through and when we came to eat we had no booking. We still managed to get a table but could have been a problem. The room had no aircon. Besides that it was a very nice facility. The pool as a nice addition

A comfortable stay in the heart of Billund, close to all the attractions. The breakfast had lots of options and the room was spacious.

The hotel is conveniently located near the entrance to Legoland. Parking and reception are welcoming and okay. There is no restaurant but a small well-organized mini-shop with coolers and fresh food to buy, which you could then consume in a dining room. The breakfast was great The room was a disaster when it came to ventilation, there was no ventilation at all. After a little searching we found a small fan in the room that we could put on the room table, and with the windows open we were able to survive two nights with the grandchildren. In summary, the property is clean and nice, the staff is great, the location to Legoland is superb BUT sleeping and being in the hotel room without ventilation was a miserable experience. Ps: it was not a budget hotel either... ;)

This was the perfect family stay for people who don’t want the overwhelm of the Lego hotels. It had tons for the kids to do - playground, indoor soccer/hockey gym, table tennis, etc. It was an easy 18 minute walk into town/Lego House along the Sculpture path. The restaurant was beautiful and offered a wide variety of food options. Rhubarb juice was a favourite. I wish I had known about the free shuttle before we got off the plane and paid for a ride to the hotel. The free shuttle goes to all the key places of interest and runs once an hour. Two things about the hotel: the Expedia deal offering drink credit only gets you one drink for the whole stay. Something that would make the hotel absolutely perfect would be to have laundry facilities on-site.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; we were able to get food and transportation at difficult times and they helped us solve a couple of planning problems that came up on our end. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection.

Property was not cleaner regularly. Yogurt stain on floor of the lift for multiple days. Room was not cleaned once in 5 days. Just resolved the bedding. On one day they re folded on bed but left the other. Breakfast was good. Nice vast choice to fit all tastes. Fantastic location. When we arrived. We had booked a 2x single room (twin) when entering. The bed was set up as a double. When we spoke to reception, it was an effort for them to change it. With them saying. We dont have matress tippers for singles. And that the rooms dont cater for twin singles. Was not a great experience when you have payed of one thing and get made to feel you are in the wrong when you request what is paid for.

A wonderful and cozy hotel close to Legoland. We loved the excellent breakfast, the pool & gym area and the nice, clean room. The staff was helpful, too. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone!

Very little attentive staff. Inflexible and not very friendly.

The hotel was great - perfect location, 10-15 mins to walk to Lego House, 5 mins to Legoland. The staff were so helpful and the hotel is great - nice amenities, pool, gym, indoor sports room, ping pong table - too many things to mention. The breakfast is comfortably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had too - such fresh food and wide selection. 1 point to flag - the hotel has no air con in rooms and it was hot whilst we were there 30C plus. We had a fan that helped, but just to flag. Would still say the hotel is 9/10 - with air con, easy 10/10. Will definitely stay again.
