Property, staff and amenities were great. Wonderful location, superior lobby bar/restaurant. We will absolutely stay again next time we’re in the Azores.

This amazing & historical Hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s central & close location to the harbor & all it has to offer is 2nd to none. The rooms were spotless & comfortable as well. The wonderful staff, including all the people manning the restaurant surpassed our expectations & attended to our every need. Daniela at Front Desk & Paula in Housekeeping were beyond helpful, efficient & incredibly lovely to deal with.. We will be recommending AZORES Faial Gardens to all our friends around the world. Well done!

Great location. The property is a bit dated but is still impressive. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. The outdoor pool area was the highlight. The staff are very attentive and the views of the ocean behind the pool are amazing. The dinner options were great and reasonably priced. The hot tub and sauna could use some updating.

Had ocean view room - rooms were big and spacious for a family of 4 with teenagers. Amenities were older. We enjoyed the watching the World Cup soccer game on the big screen in the common area. Google maps walking path is longer way than short cut up steps from main street on the waterfront.

A nice room with a beautiful view over Horta harbor. Very helpful staff and a great breakfast. Shame I could only stay one night!

Clean, outdoor pool, great breakfast

Room was nice, with the exception of our queen bed being two pushed together singles (two separate covers also…). Nice view from hotel. Great location and very central. Amenities look great but are terrible. Cold, moldy indoor pool with cockroaches. Hot tub was barely even warm. Sauna broken. Steam room cold and smelt of mold.

The hotel is great. The pool and common areas are showing their age, but are clean and well-maintained. Staff are excellent and the included breakfast is very good.

We had a lovely stay at the Azoris Faial Garden hotel. Fabulous views of Pico island and lovely hotel grounds. Food was very good, plenty of choice at breakfast and all food clearly labelled for allergens. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Staff are wonderful. The facilities are superb..

It is annoying that we have to pay for hair caps to use the pool There were cockroaches in the pool area around the jacuzzi. Otherwise it was very nice.

My room was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was amazing.
