Loved the quiet location and large balcony ! The appartement has everything you need. Great service for bike rentals and luggage drop off to or from ferry. Staff is really friendly and helpful . Definitely will stay there again :)

+Beautiful location. Very spacious family room and patio, we'll appointed kitchen and large kitchen table. - one bathroom for 6 people, although toilet was separate from bathroom, which helped. Overall would definitely stay here again. Great option for families of 3 or more.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly gracious and helpful. They made reservations and printed tickets for us to go horseback riding, rented us bikes, and helped us get everywhere we needed to go. The hotel is attached to a large community swimming pool and health club. We forgot our passports at the hotel and got all the way back to the mainland before we realized it. They got them from our room and put them on the ferry for us to meet! They really went out of their way...we will definitely stay there again!

Positive: location of the hotel, size of the appartments, large balcony with nice views, fairly quiet surrounding, reasonable quality of food. To improve: quality of the staff - young and sometimes unexperienced however positive attitude and with a smile. The hotel soon needs a renovation or make over, both from the inside as well as the outside. Negative: price quality of the breakfast. It is acceptable in terms of quality, however you truly pay a significant amount. Absolutely not worth it. Go out, have a breakfast elsewhere, or buy it at forehand and enjoy it in your own appartment!

Although this appears a good place, there are problems with this hotel. There was a strong unpleasant odor in the apartment, which seems to be permanent. The person I was with vomited after eating bad pork in the restaurant. The staff are friendly but rather clueless. The wireless internet works only at night. In the daytime you may not have any wireless access at all. This appears to be a problem all over Terschelling.

Lekker bed en douche en een erg ruim appartement

Hele fijne ruime appartementen. Schoon en gezellig ingericht. Ook het ruime balkon is heel prettig. Bedden prima. Het hotel ligt dicht bij west terschelling. 5 minuten op de fiets. De keuken heeft een vastwasser en combi magnetron. Ook handig. Wij, 2 stellen, zijn zeer tevreden. Ook genoeg privacy.

Verouderd, buitenzijde appartementen zijn als een lelijke portiekflat. Lelijke blauwe vloerbedekking. Appartementen binnen op zich prima.

Prima hotel/Appartementen. Een echte aanrader

Sehr geräumige, saubere und gut eingerichtete Appartements. Anlage befindet sich in einer schönen, ruhigen Gegend. Abstriche gibt es nur beim Service: Ablauf in Küche war verstopft. Dies wurde bereits am zweiten Tag gemeldet, wurde aber nie repariert. Im Schlafzimmer fehlte das Verdunkelungs-Rollo.

Fantastisch complex. Lekker centraal en zeer goed verzorgd. Mooie aanbieding, dank. Genoten van Terschelling.

Vriendelijk personeel. Vooral de baliemedewerkers waren erg behulpzaam. Het restaurant vond ik niet zo goed. Tafels niet op tijd gedekt. Veel was niet voorradig en daar moest steeds om gevraagd worden. Het zou beter zijn als het bedienend personeel handschoenen zou gaan dragen. Komt hygiënischer over. Met de handen etenswaren aanvullen zonder handschoenen te dragen vind ik niet prettig. Verder hebben wij het prima gehad. Heel tevreden.

Prachtig appartement, zeer ruim voor 4 personen. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. En in een prachtige, bosrijke omgeving.

Het was een prima appartement,schoon en veilig en goede faciliteiten Wel erg prijzig!

Ruim appartement (M) met alle voorzieningen net buiten West-Terschelling. Veel voorzieningen voor kinderen, speelplaats buiten en binnen en (gratis) zwembad ernaast. Groot zonnig balkon. Zeer aan te bevelen voor langer verblijf! Top dagen gehad (met mooi zonnig weer!)
