We received a good option for the cost. We liked the closeness to the ferry.

Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests.

This is a reasonably priced hotel with decent rooms. The pillows are the worst I’ve ever seen and it’s in a bit of a sketchy area weird to access the parking lot. There is construction going on all around so there’s A LOT of noise at unreasonable times. However, staff are friendly and it was clean and walking distance away from a nice beach. Its good for a cheap option!

Spent one night. It was quiet and clean. Someone was at the desk at all times.

It was fine

We missed the last ferry back to Isla and desperately needed a place to stay. Toilet was a little weak shower door didn't close a little musty smell the springs in the bed hurt a bit ....but it was fairly clean and safe and got us out of a late night jam

This property is right in front of the ferry terminal to isla mujeres and there is always convenient public transportation to the center and hotel zone beaches, the staff are helpful and it’s a good economic option,

I have no regrets staying at Hotel del sol. It’s location is everything and very reasonable!

Friendly and polite staff, good house cleaning and clean. Not close to anything in particular, no restaurant on premise. Bus and taxi services are available. We were comfortable and will stay there again.A rental car next time

Staff is very pleasant and accommodating

Desk clerk minimally interested. Parking just fine. Neighborhood not convenient to dining options. Walls paper thin. Cockroach on our door :( OK for a quick place to sleep before moving on.

I liked how close it was to the ferry and the people there were friendly. The night staff guy was nice I was booked into a room that had no lights and he moved me into another one for some reason the air conditioner was not as strong as the other room but I still liked the room. Would stay again it was close to the ferry.
