Located near public transport (which is easy to navigate), this Mercure is a wonderful landing spot after a long day exploring Lisbon. We had a wonderful stay with our baby (bed available if availability permits). The reception staff was always cheery and eager to help. The room service was ponctual and kind, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms were spotless and the housekeeping team was extremely attentive. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! My partner and I love this Mercure. The staff are always polite, welcoming and accommodating. The room service food is really good and it’s worth paying the little extra for the “privilege” rooms. The cleaning staff are thorough and quick. The hotel is quiet, too. The view of the park is nice, and easy to walk across the street to get to. We love staying here and always look forward to coming down

We stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The location is convenient with easy access to the city districts by car, and there is free parking available. A Lidl supermarket is right next to the property, which is very handy. The staff were kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the nice views from the window. We felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

No iron in room annd bed hard annd uncomfortable to the point of a bad back. I Asked at reception for ann iron annd ironing board this was sent to the room, had the iron for a few hours then cleaner took backwhile we were out. No bar at all or at the restaurant this is a dry hotel sorry not for me. Food at the hotel could not get any for two nights and only there for three. Said fully booked. No other restaurant near. Had to go the Lidl next door to eat a sandwich. Hotel restaurant has a very small menu. An hour later we went back down to reception as going out for a walk and the restaurant still had plenty of free tables. No food for two nights. Was told to sit in the room next two the restaurant and we could eat there, after 30 mins of being ignored and still lots of empty tables in the restaurant we got up and left very poor service. Water only given for one day of our 3 night stay no proper cups in room only paper cups and no milk and only one coffee enough for one cup for the whole stay most definitely Not 4 star standard at all. Location quite a way out from the city no shops other then a Lidl or restaurants near by apart from one small Indian restaurant. There’s a bridge you have to get over to get to the city. Only way to get over that is to take an uber Taxi or train. And on our pick up for the airport it took 40 mins to drive to the start of the road to the bridge then queue all the way up and over the bridge as this is the only way across the river to the city which is also the route to the airport. We left 3 hours before flight and by the time we queued in the airport for security and then a queue around most of departures for passport control we only just got on the flight. The train has a station just before going over the bridge on the side the hotel is on but if like me you need to get off the other side of the bridge for the finish line for the half marathon which the end was at then you are out of luck the nearest station to get off the overside of the river is 3.7 kilometres away. Which you then have to take the underground for a few stops then get off then find a tram to get to the finish that’s if there running. My wife had just about finished the half marathon by the time I had got over the bridge from the start of the marathon and then made my way to the end. Had to walk over 4k. So even though the hotel is basically near the start of the marathon everything else is a nightmare to get back over the bridge which is a train and car bridge only.
