Nice staff and breakfast. Room missing a lot of basic stuff. Apartment not the cleanest ever, but ok, some things like the cutlery literally disgusting, but there is no soap or sponge dish so no surprise

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and our stay has been brilliant. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really welcoming and great ambassadors for the hotel. The hotel facilities are great; the pool is lovely and padel court was a great surprise to us! No matter what time you go for breakfast, the selection of food is fresh and vast. One of the best things about the hotel is how quiet it is, so peaceful. Thank you again for another excellent stay

Beautiful surroundings, great facilities, good location to explore calas.

A great home base for our stay in Cala Galdana. A short walk to the beach, several restaurant options, grocery stores, hiking trails, and more. Lots of space, clean and safe property, and very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel location is amazing, close to the main beaches and full of local restaurants around. The breakfast was very good! The room was big and comfortable. The only downside of the hotel is not having a very helpful staff. They were friendly and kind, but didn’t help with information about how to get to some beaches. Me and my friends lost some precious time of the trip because we were told to go to Cala Turqueta by bus, from Ciutadella. We got there and found out that the bus ticket had to be bough in advance. We lost 1h30 of that sunny day just because we were not given the correct information. So don’t expect to get information from the hotel. Also don’t expect to get any help to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room. There were a lot of stairs, especially if your room is on the last floor. Apart from that, the experience was good and we would come back!

Comfortable Aparthotel, good location, pleasant staff

Beautiful property and spacious facility. Large rooms, and extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Only downfall was the large number of tiny ants in our room. Staff tried to get rid of them, but they didn't seem to be able to.

Overall I found this hotel decent. The room was very clean and the terrace large. The room had a fridge, hot plates, and microwave. The area is very busy and seems to be largely British tourist dominated. Also, the hotel is up a fairly large hill from the beach area. 2 big downsides- the evening entertainment takes place directly facing many of the terraces, and in my opinion was terribly disruptive. It’s far too loud, nobody is watching, and totally ruins what’s otherwise a tranquil environment. The breakfast was disappointing, and other guests were repeatedly touching buffet items with their hands - which the hotel can’t control but was gross nonetheless.

Fantastic pool and lovely low-key mini club for little ones.

Hotel is very well located in Cala Galdana. The room was actually an apartment, with all the kitchen elements to cook if needed and a great balcony. We combined our beach holidays with a cycling bootcamp, and the hotel was perfect for bike storage and washing/drying clothes from one day to the other. Would recommend to anyone, specially for families with small children.

Had a great stay at here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean but the beds were quite uncomfortable and only have minimal kitchen equipment but it’s enough for basic meals. The hotel location is great - just a short walk from the beach and local super markets. We really enjoyed our visit.

Property was ok .. no frills to be honest ... staff and faculties were good ... be aware though the rooms at least the one we were (138) was very poorly equipped ie had to use a pan to boil water for a brew no chopping boards etc

An extremely clean contemporary hotel in the most beautiful coastal town. Cala Galdana is stunning. The hotel is set back a short walk down hill to the lovely beach, resturants and shops. The pool is super and great for kids. Downsides- music a bit loud and not to everyones taste at poolside. Dinner is served from 8.30pm and the rooms could do with a little colour - pictures, decor. Small sea view from poolside and more of a view further up in the complex. It is small enough to get around quickly and quiet if based furrher back. Reasonable price in quite an expensive town.

Very nice, clean and tidy, great pool and short stroll to beach.

Overall staff is friendly and nice, waiters are really kind. We enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect, easy to reach, enough parking space. Room is renovated, but we HATED the double bed, as it was just two single beds put together and they were always moving, leaving a hole in the middle. We stayed for a week, our sheets have not been replaced. It is quite clean, the swimming pool and around it could be cleaner. We think it's a good value for money.

Reception staff don't seem that efficient. Seems to take them a million mouse clicks to do anything.

Initially put into room 104, which is ground floor and balcony facing a wall. We complained about it and the lack of a kettle, and were then transferred to a room overlooking the pool on the 3rd floor, and when we got there a kettle had been put in the room too. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were basic, with very few utensils, glasses etc, but were clean and adequate. Cala Galdana as a place itself is beautiful
