Beautiful hotel with helpful help. Breakfast was great. Very quiet and in a good location.

Struttura ricavata in un palazzetto storico. Molto carino. Personale molto cordiale. Per la colazione eviterei di usare bicchieri di plastica per ridurre la produzione di rifiuti inutili.

Location was amazing , you could walk everywhere. Very close to beach and many restaurants. The hotel was easy to find and the front desk person spoke English. They valet our car and it was was worth it ! It was very charming and breakfast had nice selection and fresh .

The hotel is in a rather downmarket street but close to the promenade, piazza and local restaurants. Our room (we got upgraded from Classic) was on the first floor which you reached by going through a courtyard - very pretty with lovely flowers, however, you do get wet when it rains! The room was spacious and very nice, the bathroom a little tired and old-fashioned. But the staff are all wonderful - friendly, helpful, smiley and forever ready to chat or answer questions. They really make the stay at this hotel very special!

What a pretty little place. Built in 1926. Breakfast building really nice. Wonderful dinner at Votavota on the promenade.

The hotel is unique it combines the old style Moresque building with the new additions of contemporary features around the hotel, all in all great experience within walking distance to the central square and beach, would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the town. The staff were extremely helpful in carrying the suitcases up to our rooms as there is no lift. My only criticism would be to have a slightly broader selection for breakfast. Chose this hotel following a lot of research on review sites. Sought a quiet retreat with high levels of comfort and service and all of our expectations were rewarded with an excellent room, modern but in a character setting. Exceptional levels of service with committed staff that were eager to please clients. Certainly have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to discerning couples who seek a restful and calm environment.

Muy buen servicio, excelentes las instalaciones, un desayuno muy completo y muy amables todos los que nos brindaron servicios. Muy cómoda la ubicación, a sólo metros de la playa y peatonal, con facilidad para estacionar.

Posizione centrale dell'edificio. Dipendenti gentilissimi e disponibili. Ma senza ascensore per alcune stanze, si devono trasportare i bagagli in scale un pó ripide,essendo un edificio antico,cosa non buona per chi ha problemi di schiena come me. La cosa che mi ha deluso di più é stata la colazione: per la Sicilia, sembra la mensa dei poveri. Anche la presentazione non dava la voglia di consumarla. Infatti, nonostante abbia pagato la colazione per il tempo di soggiorno, sono andata al bar di fronte per far colazione. Troppa delusione. Per alcune cose, inoltre, ci vorrebbe più manutenzione. Ah, é obbligatorio lasciare la tessera chiave ogni volta che si esce.

Migliorerei qualcosina per essere un 4 stelle.
