I had a good stay, free coffee, and bathroom amenities were provided. Convenient location and near many stations. Room cleaning is also provided. Will consider staying here again if I am here.

I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and 7 nights in February 2026. Our family of four rented two 11m² rooms, each for one adult and one child under 14. Both rooms had windows overlooking the street in front of the hotel. The rooms were small but designed to maximize space. The amenities were complete and matched the photos. The rooms were cleaned daily. There was no bottled water provided in the rooms, but a notice in the elevator stated that the tap water was potable. There was a self-service coffee bar on the first floor. Notably, there was also a small counter offering two free gifts per guest, such as hair ties, hair clips, and nail polish. Toothbrushes were provided in the bathroom, and other toiletries could be obtained on the first floor (right next to the elevator). The 4th and 6th floors have laundry facilities, including washing machines (300 yen/cycle), clothes dryers (100 yen/10 minutes), and free detergent. To the right of the hotel is a small restaurant, and next to it is a 24/7 Family Mart. To the left of the hotel is a beef rice restaurant chain, open from 5:00 AM. From the hotel, we could easily walk to the left to Kodenmacho Station (290m), to the right to Ningyocho Station (450m), and straight ahead to Higashi-Nihombashi Station (600m). The hotel reception staff were professional and readily available to assist us. I had a very positive experience during my stay. I hope the hotel continues to maintain and improve its service quality!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. When the wifi is not connected, the staff immediately installed a new router in the room 😀. The room is clean although not too big. On the right and left there are food stalls and family mart. Very strategic, close to the station and subway

Lokasi strategis, ada beberapa stasiun dekat dari sana, cukup berjalan kaki 5 sampai 10 menit. Kamar bersih, staf ramah, dekat dengan Yoshinoya, Family Mart, dan Sevel. Kurangnya cuma satu, kasur yang agak keras, selebihnya oke banget. Rekomendasi harga murah di kawasan yang enggak terlalu ramai.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel at the end of my trip in Tokyo, the location is close to subway stations to go anywhere exploring the city of Tokyo.

(+) Great place to stay, near family mart and nishinoya restaurant. You can walk to Nihombashi station. (-) room is very small, struggling for placing suitcase.

Room is tiny but facilities in room quite complete and good, moreover, all staffs and housekeepers are very nice, kind and good service mind.

room is clean but a bit small which I think is the normal size of the room in tokyo.. we can also hear the noise from the other room if they're a bit loud.. locating it at first give us a hard time, but after we speak to the receptionist he provide us the map and give us the easiest way to locate the hotel. cant recommend if you have big luggages because you need to walk far to find an elevator. on the other hand, a lot of resto, coffee shops and near convenience store near the hotel. they have free wifi phone that you can use outside the hotel and they also have free coffee in the morning at the lobby..

Comfortable enough and strategic location near 2 stations, Ningyocho and Kodemmacho. The rooms and bathrooms are small but clean. Take your own toiletries in the lobby (comb, shower cap) coffee is also available in the lobby. For those who take a bus from Haneda Airport walk about 10 minutes (while looking at the shops on either side so it doesn't feel far).

Very good hotel, good value for money, although the room is small but fully equipped with amenities. Receptionist service is very good. Will have the opportunity to come again for sure

We had a wonderful stay! Location was very convenient. It’s nearby train stations, convenient stores, supermarkets and restaurants. Staffs were very friendly and approachable. Our room was kept clean daily. We are highly recommending this hotel and we are definitely staying here once we go back in Tokyo😊

Stay at this hotel for the 3rd time. Price OK. Location OK. Easy to walk from Tokyo Station if not subway.

The tap water is safe to drink (this is very common in Japan). Can get luggage at the front office. Not bad for budget travelers who go to the hotel just to sleep, although small but very efficient place. If you want to fold the prayer first, slide the suitcase under the mattress: D. The staff are friendly. Not suitable for those who bring small children, because the semi-double mattress is only for 2 people slim Asian size hahaha. Worth it is for those who want to save on hotel costs. Close to 3 stations, Kododmacho, Ningyocho, Nihombashi is amazing. Many level and famima.

I had the most pleasant stay here. The staff are very friendly, but the room is a bit small. Hotel location was located in the middle ningyocho station and kondemnacho station. Very recommended.

Order the economy room, the mattress is narrow and hard. The area around the hotel is rather quiet.
