The staff are very warm and welcoming. They made us feel really well looked after and seemed to really care that we had everything we needed. Exceptional service. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and once in the room, it was spacious and comfortable. But The hotel is in a really convenient area - a couple of minutes’ walk from the Eurostar terminal and just ten minutes’ walk to the historic centre.

Beautiful modern rooms that are very clean and well equipped. The staff is absolutely the best, efficient and very friendly. The hotel is steps from the two train stations and a short walk to the City center. If you are in Lille, stay here.

Great hotel comfortable rooms staff very friendly and efficient

We have stayed at the hotel numerous times and every stay has been great. Rooms are always immaculately clean, staff are top notch, friendly and very helpful. I must say the hotel staff are absolutely great. Hotel is just across the road from Eurolille station and a very short walk from the grand square. Their restaurants and bars are also extremely good.

We did book this hotel on the eleventh hour due to o booking error that we made in the original place that we were supposed to be staying. The reception staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful from check in to checkout. The rooms are extremely comfortable, a large size, good climate, very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was very clean, stocked well with a supersized bath tub and fabulous rainfall shower. (I was torn between bath or shower but managed to enjoy both during my stay) The tv also had English channels which in our eye was a bonus. I highly recommend staying for breakfast, the food is delicious which a huge choice of continental dishes as well as hot and cold buffet items for American and British tastes I do recommend visiting the bar, very professional bar tenders, and managed to while away the time in our final hours here. The room is clean. The welcome gift is wonderful. My family have good experience in the hotel. The only disappointment is my car just parked outside the hotel entrance but not to the onsite parking area.

This was an amazing experience in a full service hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. 24 hour room service was perfect as we were going to Olympic events and returning very late. Room was spacious and well equipped with Nespresso machine and mini bar. Right across from Eurostar station as well for our return to London.

Hotel is very nice in a good area. There’s a nice casino next-door. If you want to go play some games I go to Las Vegas a lot the game tour very familiar and easy to play. Enjoyed it. There’s also a mall right next-door.

Perfect location for walking to conference area, train stations, and old Lille.

Very large, clean room with large modern bathroom. The room was extremely warm due to floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the triangular room. Had the air conditioner at the lowest temperature setting and the blinds closed and still couldn’t get the room to a comfortable temperature. Decor is dated. Housekeeping knocked and entered the room several times when we had the do not disturb sign out.

Great business hotel. Very clean. Breakfast could have more vegetarian and gut-health friendly options.

Clean and comfortable next to Eurostar.

The first junior suite we had the AC was not working so they put us in another one that worked until it shut off in the middle of the night so they moved us to another suite and the AC worked fine but at 3:00AM we woke up because this load noise started like someone outside our room was grinding a medal wheel. Then it turned off four hours later but happened again the following night. The manager was very nice and tried to do everything he could but I slept maybe 6 hours in total for all three nights we were there.

on check in the hotel demanded a deposit of €400.00 which was not refunded immediately on check out - note -no one could say when it would be refunded- inexplicable experience that no guest should have to put up with
