The hotel is nice and clean, the staff courteous. The only thing that needs to be improved on is the coffee for breakfast.

Nice stay, out of the way of the Main Street and about a 35-40 minute walk along the main road.

It was clean, well maintained, and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was included and the selection was more than adequate.

The property is ok, but I prefer wood floor instead of a rug.

This property is barely a three-star property and is very much overpriced for what it provides. It is in desperate need of modernization and updates to compete for even half the $220 that I paid.

Foi uma estadia razoável mas não voltaria ao hotel. Colchões e almofadas não são muito confortáveis, fiquei preso dias vezes no elevador e a qualidade da comida do restaurante e bar é mediana. Café da manhã razoável.

The workers are really kind and helpful, they helped me find a last minute tour. The room was clean and the food in the restaurant is good. The only thing I didn’t love was the condition of the place, it might need some maintenance and renovation. But overall I would recommend a stay here.

This is no way this property is 4 stars 4 stars the room was terrible unsafe. Very dirty. For the money we spent to stay there was a waste. I don’t mind paying for a great place to stay but this facility is outdated terrible service the shower was in a tub with no steps Carpet in the bathroom disgusting and old

Lovely hotel, staff is amazing. Helped us with booking our tours, dinner reservations, taxis everything. The shuttle takes you to town less than 10 min ride. Hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, nice breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay here

Staff super friendly, informative, attentive and take care of all our needs and book our tours for the following day; just amazing people

The staff was friendly and helpful but the lack of air conditioning made the stay somewhat uncomfortable. Also, the location outside of town made it more difficult to enjoy the town of El Calafate.

Views are fantastic. The staff is outstanding and very friendly, always willing to help. The rooms could be better, as well as breakfast. Overall really enjoyed staying here and would recommend.

Location was a bit out of the way. Town is very small and we were about 2 km away. It would be nice if they had a shuttle. Also, no room service. I should have read the fine print. Staff was ok.

A long way out of town and shuttle runs only at night. Good service over wise though out of the way location. Good restaurant and bar

I've been three times in this hotel and always enjoying. Good staff, good food but please do not kill us from the morning by a loud music. It so annoying in almost every places - hotels, restaurants, cafes. It should be eventually as a quite nice sound on the background not shocking experience form the early morning.
