This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). I stopped complaining except that after a few hours I had to move to another superior room dungeon because the aircon was not working properly. How can Hotels.com possibly send their customers to this absolute ditch.

It was a quick overnight before flying to Fernando de Nonronha, The staff was friendly, the room was simple but clean and the breakfast was very nice (included) with many options,

The hotel claims to have a parking lot however, they have available places to park outstide the limits of the hotel exposing the car at night time. On top of that, this space is not fully connected to the hotel perimeter for it needs someone to unlock the door to allow the guest to reach the car without having to walk an entire block. Aside from that, everything was really good and the staff absolutely friendly!

If you want to be close to downtown Natal and the beach, this is a prime spot. The rate seemed reasonable, although I am curious to know how much it would cost when the World Cup is not going on. But on the on whole, I enjoyed it. My room had a great view of the ocean, and the breakfast buffet provided an interesting introduction to Brazilian food, including their love of starches and fruits. Undoubtedly the best part is being 30 feet from the ocean, which is a little rough, but at certain times of the day swimmable.

Hotel was very clean and nice but neighborhood was not nice at all.

Signage is very poor, difficult to find. Parking was confusing, staff was not helpful. Most things were lost in translation ...

Stayed here for the World Cup. Good location and awesome service. Not an amazing neighborhood but you're in Brazil and that's hard to come by. Right on the water and in great area for shopping in downtown.

Good location for surfers, beach walkers, adventure travelers. Not fancy area. Local Brazilians are usually flooding the urban beaches on weekends... which is great to see. There are 6 beautiful beaches all in a row. This one is in the middle. The climate is hot. Bring sunscreen.

A propaganda das imágens do hotel é muito enganosa, por exemplo: se coloca uma foto da escada para descer na praia, não faz parte da propriedade, mas em nossa busca pelo melhor hotel a gente imagina que o hotel é beira mar, fora isso o café da manhã apesar de ter variedades as comidas são sem gosto, feita com materiais de 2ª categoria, agora a área da recepção eles capricharam, os corredores que levam aos quartos parecem um motel, a área da piscina sim faz jus as fotos e mostra uma outra face do que o hotel quis mostrar nas imagéns, as toalhas são de pessíma qualidade, são comparadas a pano de chão, tive que usar minhas próprias toalhas, mas a limpeza é bem feita e caprichada, temos também algo que facilita a vida de um turista, uma lavanderia selfie service na área do hotel.

Durante minha estadia neste estabelecimento, fui acomodado em um quarto no subsolo em condições totalmente inadequadas. O ambiente apresentava cheiro intenso de mofo, água escorrendo pelas paredes, além de acúmulo de água no banheiro. Os lençóis estavam sujos e, mesmo após relatar os problemas, a equipe não disponibilizou outro quarto. Fiquei duas diárias em um quarto molhado e insalubre, o que comprometeu completamente minha experiência. Trata-se de uma situação inaceitável, que demonstra falta de cuidado com a higiene, manutenção e respeito ao hóspede. Não recomendo este local, pois as condições oferecidas estão muito abaixo do mínimo esperado para hospedagem. ---
