Plenty of parking. Friendly and professional staff. Very accommodating when we wanted to change our booking from family room to 2 double rooms. Clean rooms but the hotel is very very dated! In need of repairs as well. We did enjoy the swimming pool and the little jacuzzi!

We did not have breakfast, pool ok, but the step broke when I stood on it to get into the pool. Jacuzzi water luke warm/cold but OK for one night. Just a short skip and a jump to the centre and beech, free parking came in handy.

Easy parking, room clean, staff friendly, breakfast was good, close to amenities.

Free parking, breakfast was lovely and our stay was pleasant.

Stayed while working at the hospital. Great value for money, restful and the pool was good

Easy check in with very friendly staff. It was perfect for what we needed, a quick get away close to the beach and they had a pool, garden and parking.

The overall look and feel of the hotel is very dated. We only paid £38 for the room which had stained carpet but overall was acceptable for the price. The location isn't good for bars or beach. You need to drive or get a taxi.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The decor is very dated .... could do with refreshing. Our Room was spacious and comfortable but the pillows were awful. Very friendy and smily, helpful staff. The tasty breakfast was freshly cooked, coffee not so good. It was however a very reasonble price, a bonus compared to other central hotels.

I could not turn the radiator off in my room and it was constantly on and it was very hot. The people staying in the room next to me left their TV on all night. I asked them to turn it down and they did the next night but then they just sat there chatting till one 2 o’clock in

Nice enough place to stay, excellent swimming pool which really made it for us!! Room was dated, but perfectly suitable for our needs. Felt like the bedding could do with renewal, was clean but visibly old & worn. Staff we met were lovely!

Hot tub and pool were spacious and had just the right level of heat

The room was clean, although the bathroom was on the small size. Didn’t use the swimming pool as It was too busy for the time we wanted to go. The car didn’t have much selection of beers on tap, but most Hotels don’t for some reason.

Room was very old, carpet was Disgusting. Mould round the windows and wall. Very noisy. Walls are so thin you can hear other rooms full conversation through out the day and night! Asked for a quiet room due to special needs child and they couldn’t accommodate. So ended up being a very stressful night with all the noise from the hotel. Could wait to check out. We had bugs in the bathroom too

Room was very clean , though small for two and dated bathroom, comfortable bed . Staff are all friendly you certainly feel welcome, there is a small covered pool in the grounds , Breakfast was absolutely delicious cereal full English and toast fruit juice tea or coffee , you ask they deliver. We love this hotel for our little stop overs in Bournemouth

Great stay as always. Room spotless. Towels changed daily. Check in /out efficient

The room itself was clean, the sink still had soap on and the saucers still had tea stains. The bed was that noisy that every time I rolled over it wole up my daughter and floorboards were super noisy too, especially from above us, you could hear every movement of the room above. The games room is a fab idea and I really liked the table tennis table but the pool table was broke with no cues that had any tips, and all but two of the bats were broken, the room itself really needs repairing and sorting, the floor was mega slippy. The pool is great though also needs a refurbish and clean up, the jacuzzi wasn't on and the water was cold. The staff were truly lovely and the general feel of the place is really nice.
