There was a great selection for breakfast and outdoor seating available in what was once the lounge. It would have been nice to have a cocktail in the evening, so it would be a thing for the hotel to consider reopening the lounge! It is walking distance to restaurants and a peaceful park at the waterfront made this a lovely spot for a morning walk. The staff was so helpful when I was unhappy with the view from my room. I was given a room overlooking the water and everything was wonderful.

I was very happy with my stay, the room was big and clean, the view was beautiful, and the morning breakfast was free and really excellent. Mark at the front desk was truly first class and helped me out of a parking pickle! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Kingston.

When I reserved the room and this hotel it advertised balcony. There was a patio door with a railing foing across it but the door was screw shut. I was planning on relaxing on the balcony which was the primary reason I booked this hotel. Parking was also $45 for the night which was not indicated when booking. It is a nice hotel but don't false advertise a balcony when you don't have one and post the price for parking. BTW the balcony cost more than a room without.

Parking is not free, so be prepared

Great location and great views of the waterfront. The indoor pool and gym onsite were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were great and well stocked. I would definitely return to this location.

I don’t know where to start. The room was spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a. nice touch, although a bit of a zoo. I’d like to come again on a less busy day. (We were in Kingston on Canada Day). All staff were cheerful and helpful.

It is amazing place to stay. Steps away from the downtown core with easy access to all restaurants. Beautiful water front path just on the property. Well maintained property and nice staffs.

We were in room 614. 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. There were 6 of us so 2 people sleeping on the pullout couch. Our only complaint was that couch. It needs replacing, very worn out. Location was great! Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and right on the water. Would definitely return here.
