Most of things are good except that there was not enough parking space so we had to park our car at another hotel which belong to the same company (probably 1-2 km away). They had us dropped off our belongings and took us from where we parked to the hotel by van. For those who parked at the hotel had even more difficulty after checkout n wanted to get the car out as other cars occupied all space even on drive way. This may not always happen I guess. The day we stayed was the time of the Pattaya Marathon event so the parking space was crowded.

The electrical system needs to be improved, such as the lighting in the room. It's really not enough. The water heater is so hot that you can't adjust anything and you can't shower at all. The air conditioner is so loud when cooling that you can't sleep. It's shocking. It might be because it's been used for a long time. There are no other problems.

The water heater has a problem in both rooms. It is very hot and cannot be adjusted. The air conditioner is very loud. Everything else is good. The food is delicious and has a variety. The staff provides very good service.

4 star hotel with a cost of 500 thousand and includes breakfast, the hotel is also clean and tidy. Highly recommended

nice room. we booked for 3 persons. and asked for high floor. the room was spacious. very elegant and like the hotel in over all. the food was amazingly good with many options. from Thai food. international. and many more. staffs are friendly and helpful.

There is a limited selection of food, the taste of the food is not very good. But the room is spacious, worth the price, the pool is not very deep, suitable for children and families.

Convenient, good value, but the bathroom is very slippery, the hotel is not soundproof.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, a bit old. In this refrigerator, there is a bag of ice that the previous person probably forgot to leave behind. I would like you to check the cleanliness of the entire room.

The room is good. I stay here often. I stay here almost every time I come to Pattaya. The breakfast is very good.

The kids had so much fun playing in the water, not far from Terminal 21.

ส่วนตัวชอบมากค่ะ ประทับใจห้องพัก อาหารเช้าหลากหลายมากๆ แต่อยากให้ปรับปรุงสระว่ายน้ำ ที่เหลือดีอยู่แล้วค่ะ

ที่นอนนุ่มมากกกกกกก พนักงาน่ารักก อาหารอร่อยหลากหลาย หมอนนุ่มมมมาก นอนหลับสบายเลนค่ะ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

รร ดีแค่เก่าหน่อย บางอย่างยังไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้ดูทันสมัยขึ้น ห้องน้ำติเรื่องอ่างล้างหน้าเล็กมันทำให้น้ำกระเด็น ส่วนสระว่ายน้ำรอซ่อม1-31พค. 67 มันเลยทำให้รร.ดรอปลงและคุณก็ไม่มีการแต้งลค.ด้วยน้ำเขียวพอๆกับสระมรกตเลย

Vị trí thuận lợi gần bến xe đi bangkok, nhân viên dễ thương, đặc biệt đồ ăn sáng rất ngon. Tuy nhiên hồ bơi chưa được vệ sinh sạch lắm. Nơi đáng để ở nhé

สระว่ายน้ำเก่ามากกระเบื้องหลุดร่อนสภาพไม่น่าเปิดให้บริการ..อันตรายต่อแขกที่มาใช้บริการ..โดยเฉพาะเด็กๆ โรงแรมเก่ามากๆๆ วันพักเจอ pump น้ำเสีย ต้องรอพักหนึ่งถึงจะอาบน้ำได้ line อาหาร ok เมนูเยอะมาก เมื่อเทียบกับราคาที่พัก ตรงนี้น่าจะเป็นจุดเด่นที่สามารถดึงลูกค้าได้ ห้องอาหารเก่าแอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น..มีกลิ่นเหม็น

เข้าพักเป็นครั้งที่2 แล้วค่ะ แต่ครั้งนี้ไม่โอเคเกี่ยวกับฝักบัวในห้องอาบน้ำเลยค่ะ มันหลุดตลอดเลยแต่แจ้งพนักงานไป เค้าก็ประสานข่างให้เลยนะคะ แต่ไม่รู้ว่าช่างแก้ไขไม่ตรงจุดป่าว อย่างอื่นเราประทับใจในความใส่ใจในการร้องขอของลูกค้ามาก อาหารเช้าดีค่ะ อาหารอร่อยทุกอย่าง คิดว่าจะลองเข้าพักอีกในครั้งหน้าค่ะ

ห้องกว้าง สะดวก แต่ไม่ติดหาด อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะดี สระน้ำต้องปรับปรุง ไปมาหลายรอบ ยังเหมือนเดิม
