Clean and nice, close to the train and bus station, friendly staff, and you can leave your luggage before check-in.

I stayed here to prepare for my wedding in Korea. The hotel's location was fantastic, and my makeup studio was right on the second floor. However, during my stay, I lost a Dior lipstick.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of all mega malls, eateries, and cafes. The Male front desk staff wasn't helpful or friendly when I tried asking for an earlier check-in after an overnight flight. Cleanliness is well taken care of, however, the air conditioner cannot be manually adjusted, airflow is bad. No restaurants from the hotel.

The location was Great, surrounded by mall. Easy to find food since there is no restaurant in the hotel. The staff also very helpful.

Great location, very near to the malls, subway, restaurants and BEXCO. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is very clean and spacious except that the pillows are too thin and uncomfortable. Shower hose needs some refurbishment. Overall, very happy with the stay.
