Parking at not extra cost with vallet parking 24 hours (no tip included) Small rooms but clean. Staff are amazing Property is like a time capsule to the Puebla colonial time 10 minutes away from the historic down town or shopping center (by car) Small restaurant inside the property open 7am to 10pm personally I prefere explore the city and new places to eat, but very convenient for people with tight schedulle Thank you guys I really enjoy my stay with you, we'll see you next time ; )

Nice hotel

The pictures has nothing to do with the place. I am book 2 rooms one with one bed. It was very small and they told me when I complain that was the one they used for emergencies 🤔 I book it almost 2 months ago. Why they give me social small room . The second room it was with two beds and again nothing to do with the pictures. It was far for everything. Nothing was in a walking distance I have to use and spend more money on taxis and Uber. We tried to look for another place, but we couldn’t find anything to else. Room # 201 very tiny room, Room # 105 with 2 beds Again, nothing to do with the pictures and very noisy You can hear all the noise from the restaurant and the traffic from the street. The only good thing on this place is the staff. They was very kind and they constantly apologize to us.

I loved the hotel decoration, it makes you feel in a mexican hacienda, the food was very nice, the room ammenities were good. Only thing no english channels this was acknowledged to the front desk. Overall it was a nice stay.

A good location for what we wanted. restaurant was a bit expensive 40 pesos a beer , a soup 65 pesos. but nothing withing walking distance to recommend. rooms were clean and comfortable and the valet parking was safe and secure I WOULD RETURN .

The location did not coresponden to the informacion in Internet. Far from the historical center. Rooms very small. Wonderful staf.

We love this Hotel very romantic. Its an Spanish design. The food, Diner and breakfast great. Friendly staff and it has a parking area. We got 2 bottles of water and half bottle of wine for free.

We really enjoyed to stay at Hotel Mision Arcangel Puebla. The service is excelent and the food is amazing. Great location!

The staff were all extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel itself is too far from central Puebla but only 10 minutes in a taxi and there was always a taxi waiting so it was not difficult to get into town. The hotel was clean and quiet.

We only went there to sleep and had our own car so the stay was perfect. I can not rate the restaurant since it was closed when we arrived.

This hotel was great! Very clean and great room appearance. Restaurant food was not to my liking, but the hotels decor, room cleanliness, and overall appearance could very easily have been a five star, unfortunately the area the hotel was located in was unexpected. The hotel was located in a less than adequate neighborhood setting when compared to the pictures advertised, nevertheless all the pictures shown on the site met up to standards and it would be fully beneficially understood why pictures of the hotels surroundings were not shown. Other than the area the hotel was located in I believe I would definitely return being I did get a bang for my buck.
