Excellent service

We found the check in cold and unfriendly. We were bluntly told that the breakfast was not included since we didn’t book directly. Room vacuum cleaner had not been passed correctly in our room. Disappointment in our suite with no additional extras then a regular room. Room was expensive and we had to pay extra even to park outside. At least The penthouse king bed was clean and comfortable. Check out was not any friendlier . Too bad as it is nice place but was just missing a bit of hospitality and friendliness.

1e visite et dernière visite , oreiller mashmolow , belle surprise à l'arrivée $16.00 pour le stationnement ,exagérer aussi si je veux utiliser la borne électrique $40.00 profiteur!!! Non merci

Près de tout , bien situer , est en même temps à côté du Lac , mais pas même style que Times à Blainville pour ce qui est des jolies SDB tout vitrés ils sont plus standard mais bien ( on étais étage penthouse ).

Roo.s were clean and maintained. Everythimg in room worked. No issues. Nice hotel.

Friendly staff, nice lobby / meeting areas for grabbing a drink, modern rooms

Hôtel bien situé, avec belles vues à partir de l'espace de restauration au RDC. Généralement un bon hôtel, mais avec plusieurs items plus petits qu'attendu: piscine, gym, même le lit queen semblait plus de taille double. Excellent service attentif. La chambre avait de belles grandes fenêtres, laissant beaucoup de lumière naturelle. On peut aisément marcher à l'épicerie ou divers restaurants du coin si on préfère ne pas manger à l'hôtel même. Je serais porté à retourner dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain déplacement vers Sherbrooke.

Way too expensive for what was on offer at the hotel. Hotel was clean, staff were nice, location is pretty good but the hotel has basically zero services. The bar is run by the same person who handles the front desk! Conclude what you want from that statement. You have to pay 12$ for parking! This is not Montreal or Toronto. They have a huge parking lot so obviously they're not charging because there's a shortage. The "queen" size bed is definitely not queen, it's a double or a weird size slightly larger than a double. My own bed at home is a queen and it's much bigger. They don't even offer a bottle of water. There's a bottle in the room but it'll cost you $4 if you open it. The coffee service in the room is kinda pathetic and there's no tea. You have to go to the front desk to get tea bags! The TV is not a smart TV! All this sounds like nit picking but if you're spending over $300 a night in low season you expect more.

Great stay, walking distance to many key spots in Sherbrooke.

Excellent room with lake view, very comfortable bed! Breakfast is no longer included so we disn’t try it this time.
