Unacceptable Hygiene & Health Hazard. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my stay at paradise resort. This is not a minor issue, but a severe pest infestation that violates basic hotel hygiene standards and poses a serious health risk to guests. During my stay, I discovered multiple cockroaches in my room: • A live cockroach was found crawling on the kitchen counter next to the sink (in photos) • Even larger cockroaches were spotted on my bedside, in the area where I sleep. Finding cockroaches in a hotel room, especially in food preparation and sleeping areas, is completely unacceptable. It indicates that the hotel has failed to maintain basic sanitation and pest control, putting guests at risk of disease and contamination. I expect a clean, safe, and pest-free environment. This experience has ruined my stay, caused significant distress, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.
