The bays for swimming and relaxing are great. It could however do with a few more sun shades and sunbeds by these bays. I also dislike the towels being left on sunbeds early in the morning - and the people not turning up until midday.

Amazing resort, very friendly and inviting staff beautiful grounds. Lots to do and see. Food was amazing. Great spot for my wife and I during our honeymoon will come back again for sure

It was the best choice for our last week in Greece, after 3 weeks trip around the country. Great facility, great food, great service. Perfect ground base to see Crete, as well. Free towels and sun beds (it was nice surprise after visiting Rhodes before)

Liked the gardens and the stunning seaview from roon.

The property, room and staff were wonderful. The food, however, was not. Very limited options and on occasion not edible - mainly the chicken. Fish was mainly fine but they don't do a very good job deboning.

The property of this hotel is massive, which is absolutely amazing. There’s so much to see and do at the hotel alone. The middle beach was lovely, and the variety of pools made it easy to find a chill place to swim every day. The food was also great at the buffet and BBQ restaurants, as well as at the Zorbas Tavern for lunch. However, the themed dinner at the Zorbas Tavern was awful. The food was absolutely randomly thrown together with no rhyme or reason. The staff at this hotel was also mostly unpleasant, with no desire to provide worthwhile customer service. Most of them appeared as though they didn’t enjoy being around people. The cleanliness of this hotel was also very concerning. Time and time again, we would find extremely filthy dishes and cups in the stacks of “clean” dishes and cups. The floors of most places were also often sticky and unpleasant. The majority of guests here are also unpleasant to be around, as they have no regard for those around them. They’ll make messes, leave trash everywhere, reserve lounge chairs that they’ll only use for an hour of the day at most — and the staff just let them get away with it.

The stay was amazing. One of the better holidays we've had. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the grounds were very clean, and comfortable. Loved everything about the hotel.

AMAZING!! From beginning to end we absolutely LOVED this place! We were given cold beverages while we were waiting to be shown to our room. I was even given a rose when we checked in! 🌹 We we’re taken to our room on a golf cart so we didn’t have to carry our bags far which was so nice! The food was great! The access to the private coves was so nice and there were multiple pools to swim in as well. We also loved the basketball and volleyball courts to stay active while on the resort. We hope to come back here soon!

Amazing location and Sunsets. The only down side was the pools don’t open until 10am and shut at 6pm and the main restaurant was always extremely busy.

Lovely location

The rooms are small (20m2) for the price of the hotel but seems to be hard to find bigger rooms in the island. The hotel is big and nice for walks. The beaches are calm but not big. Swimming pools are great. Only downside there is that are full of kids, no one for only adults. The food after 5 days is boring but for few days is okay.

Amazing! Location, people, everything!

Stayed at hotel, and the hotel effectively started to close up and provide limited service (as they deemed it not in peak season). The Greek tavern (one of the restaurants) was closed for lunch by the fourth day, and lunch was moved to the international restaurant but then the international restaurant also only provided limited food and closed half the restaurant (Italian) for dinner. Majority of food in the restaurants didn’t have descriptions of the food so didn’t actually know what was being served. I paid for all inclusive with different food options and this was not there. The room tidying was interesting as they replaced the towels but left the old ones in the bath and didn’t take them with them, which meant the bath wasn’t cleaned. One of the nights for dinner by the international restaurant the restaurant staff was trying to get a mice out of the building.

A superb place for a family holiday. The staff are great and the Entertainment Team are outstanding. There was a decent choice of food, and plenty of it. The only let down, was the salt water pools. As the water evaporates, the salt doesn't. Leaving a really salty pool that stings your eyes.

The Hotel is very good and clean just would be worth a bit revamp of the bathrooms as looks very old. Amazing food. Lovely swimming pools, mini club and animation team. Perfect for family with kids. Staff member helpful. I was all inclusive and was worth the money. Only one thing if you want to eat dinner as is included one in your stay for AI book ASAP after arrival as usually is booked out and people are on waiting list. The hotel sometimes is overbooked so they don’t had the room for us and transfer us to near marina hotel which was good. Because of inconvenience they upgrade our room to sea view and got us free towels for all week and free safe. We are not fussy so we didn’t mind. Overall relaxing and good place to go on holidays . I would defiantly recommend and go back.

Property and grounds well maintained and very clean. Lots of space around pools, lots of choice of pools and activities and the two coves too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good, lots of variety and quality good.

What a beautiful resort this was. Perfect location with beautiful private beach. Located at top of the hill with lots of beautiful trees and flowers all around. We had lovely time with my 5 year old daughter. They have entertainment for kids as well as adults every night. We had booked half board and Breakfast and dinner was amazing. They also used to serve fresh fruit juices by the pool every afternoon free for all guests. Kids club is also available in case you want to leave your kid for sometime. I would definitely recommend this for everyone and will visit the place again.
