Spa is not open - needs to be booked in advance. Otherwise nice service and very confortable.

The hotel is OK, but for being a 4 star some extra attention wouldn't hurt. Food at the restaurant is just about avarage and service too.

Overlooking industrial buildings. The spar and pool area is shabby and the floor surfaces are extremely slippery. The fitness equipment is extremely limited and positioned in a corridor. This hotel seems to be focussing on conferences and events and not individual guests. Our room was spartan with 3 hangars in the wardrobe. If you are looking for a spa hotel look elsewhere.

This is the third time I have stayed here and I really like this hotel the spa is really nice and so is the pool, the rooms are modern and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. the only small negative I can think of is the aircon in the rooms blow warm air and the wifi is pretty slow.

Excellent modern hotel, very large bedrooms with large walk in shower. Large balcony. Location is on an industrial estate however bonus is that is in the heart of factory outlet shopping.

was very happy with my recent two day stay, hotel was clean and modern staff were friendly, the only downsides were the location is not great and the aircon in the room was not that cool but otherwise a really superb hotel.

The hotel is very new and stylish with well appointed comfortable rooms. However it lacks character and is stuck in the middle of a light industrial area. Do not be fooled by the pool in the illustrations since it is a spa rather than a lap pool and you pay extra to use it. Handy for local business - not for holiday makers.
