Great location and clean

Convenient but a bit expensive. No a/c at this time of year so needed the window open, which was very loud most of the night. Steep staircase to get to elevator. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was extremely affordable given the location convenient to the Louvre, the opera, most shopping areas. Service was also excellent. The optional breakfast at 10 Euro was an excellent value. The room we rented was a bit crowded with tables and a desk; a couple chairs but it was workable. I slept well in the bed which wasn't too soft as some are.

It was a great experience. The staff was amazing and helped us get a taxi when needed. Gave us great ideas for places to eat and helped us plan out some of our trip site seeing adventures.

The hotel was a cute little boutique but parking was so stressful. You can barely unload your car without getting honked at, you have to park your car literally 2 blocks away and the parking garage is so small I wouldnt suggest parking anything bigger than a sedan down there.

Hotel Opera de Maintenon was good for the price. It was about a half hour to hour walk from the main sites but was easily walkable. With a heavy suitcase, must be able to carry it up 18 stairs to get to first floor or the lift.

Clean basic room and bathroom with comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. No elevator for first floor, no air conditioning.

The hotel was as reviewed by others. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was of good value - coffee, juice, fresh bread and croissant, yogurt, cheese, cold or hot cereal. The staff was very helpful and polite. The elevator service begins on the level above the ground floor so you will need to carry luggage up one flight of stairs. I stayed on the third floor in an interior room and it was very quiet. I highly recommend the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel extremely well located in the centre of Paris within 5-10 minutes walk of the Louvre. The area around the hotel is full of varied and interesting restaurants, bars and cafes. We lived it and would stay again

Close walking to many historical areas. Safe friendly staff, great amount asian restaurants around it elevator is from floor 1 and up so there are some stairs involved otherwise i would stay here again!

Great location, big ground floor room, nice staff. Reasonable value

This hotel was great! It was in a popular Asian Restaurant area, and very safe. It was clean and had a spacious bathroom with shower and tub. We were close walking distance to The Louvre and other landmarks, as well as great cafe’s and restaurants and the staff was very friendly. For 10€ each, we had a nice breakfast. It didn’t have fresh fruit, but offered coffee, tea, cereal, bread, croissants, fresh juice, cheese, jams and yogurt. The only inconvenience for us was that Uber wouldn’t pick up on a small street and we really struggled getting to a main road with suitcases. Because we were on the 1st floor, we had to take our suitcases up and then down a flight of stairs. Other than that, I would highly recommend it!

Great location. Rooms are a little tight. For the price it’s a nice option to be walking distance from many tourist attractions.
