Fabulous hotel. Clean and staff were extremely nice . So close to both main area of Costa adeje and PDLA. Food with all inclusive was fantastic for all meals with a great variety to choose from . All food finishes at 9 which is a bit disappointing as we were rushed to eat when we first arrived but at least we got something. 2 negatives however lifts are extremely poor, waiting ages on them so if your above floor 2 it's a nightmare to get to the pool area. The heated pool is very deep and shallow pool was extremely cold. Only small area for younger children and adults that can't swim to play in. Overall a brilliant my hotel would recommend to families

Rooms and hotel as a whole are clean and staff are attentive and pleasant. However, I would say amenities are not on a 4 star level and the thing that lets it down the most is the food (especially if you are vegetarian). We were all inclusive and still ate out for more than half of our meals. Breakfast is the only decent meal in the hotel.

Excellent location and property

Overall, decent facility for it's age. A few things that could be done to improve: 1. Elevator programming is strangely inefficient. Elevators would pass the floor you were waiting on. Wait times for elevators a too long. 2. The fitness center opening a 0800 is . . . a strange decision. The buffet doesn't open until 0730 so working out at 0600 would be great . . . if the gym was open. 3. Breakfast buffet should open no later than 0700.

Reception staff - good easy check in and out. Hotel - very big (looks like one of the biggest in the area) there are lifts to get you from floor to floor, but there is quite a lot of walking from place to place. This is big old hotel, very well established and seems to have a number of repeat loyal guests.Bar/ Cleaning/Entertainment Restaurant staff -10/10.The facilities and public spaces are well maintained 9/10. Lots of spots dotted about to relax/read/play games etc. Hotel corridors 3/10 desperately need refurbishment, dirty looking carpet tiles, damaged skirting boards, paint coming off.(let the hotle down ...looks like a run down 3 star hotel) Bedroom condition 2/10 Like an old poor 3 star hotel. Not what you would expect when you pay for a 4 star experience. Scuffed floor, paint scuffed, peeling laminate of the units and skirting boards. We wondered of we had been given a bed room but when I expressed my concerns I was offered 2 other rooms but they were equally as rough and indeed of repair. The condition of our room didn't reflect the 4 star price we paid. Beds/mattress ok 7/10 Bedding 5/10 Soundproofing-5/10 Blackout curtains 6/10 Shower 10/10 Room towels 2/10 Water filling stations - 10/10 Food: 8/10 good buffet style food, lots of choice,some vegan/gluten All inclusive snack 10/10 bar open from Gym- 8/10 Fitness activities 10/10 - 10/10 -2 good-sized pools one more for kids. Good location 10/10

We returned for 5th time after trying other 4 and 5 star hotels in Tenerife . Our 6 year old and 8 year old just loved the heated pool with slides. Food is really lovely and high quality. Fresh juces in the morning and really enjoyable good quality restaurant style dinner. Restaurant staff are just amazing people. Children loved specially the pancake man - food artist making pancake art. Evening entertainment is a hit or miss. The entertainment team could be freed from show perfomance responsibility (they perform their own evening entertainment show 1 time in a week) as it interferes their motivation working for example in kids club etc. and the quality of the show could be more professional. But anyway… a strong recommendation for a lovely holiday.

We travelled with our family. Age ranged from 5 to 77. The hotel suited all our needs. A most helpful, caring and welcoming staff. Lots of activities for everyone.

Excellent hotel.. went with a 7yr old boy who loved the pool areas.. very sad leaving. The quality of food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was always top class. Went all inclusive and brillant decision. Bedroom was spotless and cleaned every day.. Staff were always polite and very professional. Already looking to book next yr

The bad bits: Its a shame as I paid extra for a partial sea view. I could only see the sea from the balcony if I stood up and climbed on the wall as we were the 1st floor and the view was blocked by a platform. Also one night was ruined by a bunch of drunk golfing lads next door (of course the hotel isnt to blame). Due to it being an all inclusive resort, youll inevitably meet these kind of people... I found the pool area to be designed in a crowded way. The sun loungers are very close to one another. Also despite there being 2 kids pools, the kids overrun the other pool with the pyramid. For improvement, they should attempt to make one pool adults only. Another issue is the lifts. Due to many floors, everyone uses the lifts and so you end up waiting SO LONG all the time to use them and theyre always crowded. Theres 4 main lifts in total which isnt enough for a hotel that accomodated probably 1000 people. The good bits: We only had B+B but theres a decent variety for breakfast, inclusing fry ups a d healthy alternatives. Although pick the early slot as its very busy later. The hotel is very clean and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Cannot fault the staff at all. The rooms are cleaned daily to high standards. The gym clean is decent enough but needs more benches!!! One isnt enough! The hotel has good amenities with 3 pools, a games room and also great location. Easy back exit on to the beachfront.

Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities particularly for the children with an incredible kids pool and kids club. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. The evening shows were fantastic.

This is a lovely hotel, located in an ideal place. Food was exceptional as was staff and amenities. We stayed in a star prestige room which was excellent.

Hotel had amazing sea views and was in a great location on the seafront close to bars and restaurants. There was a great selection at all meal times (we were half board but swapped dinner for lunch one day). Always lots of sun loungers available. Lots going on and the entertainment staff looked like they wanted to be there. The only negatives were the waits for the lifts and the dreadful pillows. We asked for extra pillows 3 times before we got them.
