Very clean big rooms very basic but good ,buffet breakfast was excellent good variety, pool good , kids need a bit more for pleasure, walking distance to beach and strip , would definitely stay there again

They need a parking lot. It's too hard to park around the hotel.

Nice size room, clean and helpful staff. Shops and restaurants below the hotel. Close to the beach. Taxi from Palma airport costs €45~€50

Everything was ok, large enough rooms. Safe in the room but you have to pay for it. Nice pool area with bar/food facilities which was good. Typical European breakfast but get the hot food as soon as it comes out as it doesn’t stay hot for long, buffet dinner which we didn’t use. Good gluten free options available.

The room was lovely and modern and always kept clean. No complaints.

Close to strip and very close to beach, no noise from the strip or bars, quite a lot of noise from other guests having parties in hotel before going out.

Large airy room, with good facilities.

It was just ok. Fairly low in price so expectations weren’t too high. No daily clean. Had A problem with ants in the kitchenette. The wits aspect of this stay was the behaviour of other guests returning in the early hours of the morning and being very noisy and waking us up. That happened every night of our stay. It is the kind of place that attracts groups. There was no room around the pool. All staff in reception seemed really nice and friendly. It is at the top of a very steep hill which was not a problem fir us but could be for some. Right next to the busiest part of Magaluf.

Property was modern and had obviously been refurbished in the last few years. Spacious apartment. Could have been cleaner. Maids did not clean or empty bins just made bed and changed towels. Had ants all over the kitchen surface. Bathroom smelled bad. The other guests were extremely noisy and had sleep disturbed every night with noisy parties returning at 4 or 5am. It’s in a good location for the strip of Magaluf, literally around the corner. I wouldn’t say it’s in Palma Nova and if it is it’s on the very edge. Not in the family area. Definitely one for groups of stags and hens etc. Couldn’t get a sunbed around the pool even in October when the season was almost over. it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for but should have paid more for somewhere better I think.

Location, room size, bar, restaurant, amenities, and service/staff and price all excellent. 10/10 recommend

Amazing hotel with new rooms. Lovely pool and the staff are so helpful! Would definitely stay here again! The breakfast and food selection is also yummy. 10/10!

The hotel was very clean, modern and overall very nice for the price range. I was very impressed with all aspects especially the rooms and would definitely be back!

Alles ok bei diesem Hotel. Nur Schade das die kein Wasser ins Zimmer stellen, es ist ein warmes Land, wenn man dann ankommt ist man verdurstet und danach muss man nochmal ins Kiosk rennen.

Établissement très bien situé cependant équipe de réception pas du tout adaptée aux clients de l’hôtel Ils ne savent rien et en plus de mauvaise foi

Séjour 4 nuits, professionnel, très bon confort literie ok, chambre spacieuse et agréable, sdb fonctionnelle. Concernant le cadre, chambre avec vue piscine pour tout le monde, agréable mais attention si vous cherchez du calme, passez votre chemin, cadre FESTIF :) musique toute la journée, et ambiance festive dans toute la station, plages a proximité directe à pied. Service petit déjeuner ok et complet (8h c'est tard mais on s'y fait) et personnel hyper agréable et serviable. On y reviendra !

Stanze confortevoli e pulite ma veramente troppo rumore la.notte...non si dorme...inoltre salita.ripida e lunga per.raggiungerlo...consiglio gran tappi per orecchie considerando anche che adesso è ottobre non oso immaginare in piena stagione
